They did a wonderful job. My refinished tub looks fantastic. Everything was done with care to protect my home. Communications were exceptional; explaining what would happen when and answering questions. Arrived and completed work on time, true professionals.

Jim did a wonderful job refinishing our 22+ year old standard bathtub. The results look BETTER than new. I can't say enough good things about his work. The price was fair. The work is exceptional. Sharp Refinishing did an excellent job color matching the repair in the bathtub. You would never know that there was a repair completed. We had a chip in the tub in our guest bathroom for a few years and never did anything about getting it fixed for whatever reason. Finally did some searching online and found Sharp Refinishing. The reviews looked great so we contacted them and made an appointment for Jim to do the repair. The reviews were spot on. The repair is perfect and he was really great to work with. We highly recommend Sharp Refinishing!

We are very happy with the results of the two bathtubs we had refinished by Sharp Refinishing. We’ve had many contractors working on the house this year and Jim and Debbie were by far the most professional. From the initial contact all the way through to job completion, they demonstrated pride in workmanship. They told us exactly what they were going to do, and then they followed through and did it. In addition, Jim helped with color selection of the finish, finding the correct color caulking, and making sure the drains were reassembled properly.

Tub looks great. It was old and yellowed and now it looks new. Definitely recommend

I'm very pleased with the job Sharp Refinishing did. My 29 year old bathtub looks like new. David and John were professional, friendly, and courteous. David thoroughly masked off the room and vented to an outside window so there were no strong smells. Debbie was so accommodating and knowledgeable about the process. When you sustain damage to your property due to the incompetence of another service provider, you dread having to go through the repair process and be inconvenienced for something that was not your fault in the first place. Our tub was damaged during the installation of new windows on the residence. The installers dropped a tool, causing a significant chip in the porcelain tub. After going round and round with the window company we were finally connected with Sharp Refinishing (and thankfully so). Debbie was our initial contact with Sharp Refinishing, and her attention to detail and "layman's explanation" to my many questions helped to quell any concerns I had about working with this company. I initially opted for a complete tub refinish (with an estimated repair cost of $675). On the day the tub was to be repaired one of the technicians came out (I forgot his name, but an extremely professional and helpful individual). The technician looked at the damaged area and advised that he "could" refinish the entire tub, or that he could have the chip "repaired" to a "new tub" appearance (and in the process save me an additional $300+). After photographing the damage and consulting with Jim, it was determined that repairing the tub would be the better option. Jim came out personally and handled the repair to the tub. Jim's expertise in chip repair, and more importantly in color matching was exactly what I needed to have this repair done correctly. I never knew that a "white" tub wasn't just any color "white." Jim painstakingly tinted his paint(s) to match the existing tub color, and when the project was completed, I was unable to tell where the chip had been on the tub. The "where was the damage" test was also passed when my wife came home later in the evening and commented that she too could not locate any discoloration in the final product. Sharp Refinishing not only did an excellent job with the final repair, but managed to save me money in the process, and above all, communicated with me in terms I could understand, and at a frequency that I felt showed their commitment to quality customer service. Jim, Debbie, and the (forgotten named) technician knew exactly how to provide that quality customer service and finished product that will hopefully continue to bless their business long into the future. I highly recommend this company for the repair/refinishing needs.

I wanted to take a minute to tell you how thrilled we are with our NEW bathtub. My mother… an “antique dealer” gave me our clawfoot tub circa July 1911. Sharp Refinishing came out and made a “110 year old tub” like new. They were very professional and “They are truly artists”. We also appreciate the Customer Service and follow up that they provided. Excellent experience from the quote to the finished project. The bathtubs looked more stunning in person than in the pictures. The tile that was repaired, unless you knew they had been repaired you could not tell. Would recommend them highly. They have been in business doing this work longer than anyone else we had found.
