Albert and his crew were an absolute delight. Attention to detail was top notch in addition to the quality and care that went into the work. Albert listened well, and if asked, was willing to give input but never pushed his own agenda. I only regretted when i didn’t listen to him. On top of the quality work, Albert and his guys were quick, efficient and did not delay. Recommendation … have everything ready for him and he’ll do his part to keep the project on schedule. Albert and his crew set a standard that his Profession should seek to meet. For our next project, Albert will definitely be my first call. I can’t recommend Albert and Fernandez Remodeling highly enough.

We could not be happier with the results of our bathroom remodel. Albert and his crew were the best! They are all very knowledgeable and experienced. Showed up everyday on time and worked all day. They did a complete remodel of our primary bath including tub removal, a new shower, cabinets, tile, flooring, paint, fixtures, lighting, etc. They did very high quality work and the project was finished on budget and on time. We would not hesitate to use Fernandez Remodeling again for any of our home improvement projects. Highly recommended!

This was so much better than I expected! My bathroom is so gorgeous and is literally my favorite room. Albert and his team did a phenomenal job. They were on time, did fantastic work, and cleaned up. I couldn't ask for anything more from them! I highly recommend them!!

Albert and his team were, friendly and accommodating. They were able to find creative solutions for obstacles that came up. Their attention to detail is a little lacking in some areas but this would not stop me from using them again.

In late 2023, I made a decision to hire a painter. The exterior of my home was in need of painting and wood replacement. A friend of mine saw a Fernandez Painting sign in the front of a home being painted by that company. I drove by that residence and was very impressed with the job being done. I subsequently called the number on that sign and spoke with Albert Fernandez, the owner of Fernandez Painting Company. Mr. Fernandez came out immediately and spoke with me about the job I was requesting, and looked at my home in depth. I had a quote in less than a day, and consequently hired his company. Over the next couple of days, all of the rotten wood was replaced. The home was subsequently painted in less than 2 days. The workmanship was excellent!! Totally professional!!! During the job, Albert discovered a brick anomaly behind a soffit which was a definite cause of concern. On his own, he contacted two different masons who agreed that the condition did not constitute any additional concern. Mr. Fernandez made the simple fix which alleviated the problem and stress. Overall, I loved the job performed on my residence. I appreciated the professionalism and expertise of Albert Fernandez. I will not entertain any other painter for future paint jobs. I highly recommend this company for home-related painting and remodeling work.

I could not be happier with the results that this team has done to my home.Albert who oversaw the project was enjoyable to be around and are great at explaining what’s being done. We had a flood that did a lot of damage to the home. The team tiled my upstairs flooring, redid and textured drywall, placed a new vanity, new bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, painted the home, and did a number of small request without blinking any eye. I trusted the team at the home and felt at ease with Albert and Chris supervising. They were always willing to make sure my needs as a customer were understood and met. I feel like my 2003 home looks like a new home now. This team does a quality, and efficient job. They did great work and I highly recommend them.

Albert and his crew are fantastic; they have remodeled most of my interior to date and we plan to complete the remaining rooms soon. The work quality is too-notch; he is knowledgeable and honest about options without being pushy on sales at all. The communication during the work made things very easy. Cleanup each day is great. Albert and his crew were awesome! Albert called me daily to go over any details to be sure we were completely on board or comfortable with what was being done that day. I appreciated that more than he knows and he was very easy to work with. He was always available and also creative with his own ideas to help bring it together. The fit and finish of the final product was excellent. We had no punch list at this time and don't anticipate one. He was very comprehensive in his thinking and covered everything! Albert and his guys did a great job on my bathroom remodel. It came out even better than we expected. He came up with some ideas I was even thinking of and I'm sure glad he did. I am very pleased with the outcome. I even had him back out to Install new flooring throughout the house. And it was a great experience as well. Overall a great group to work with.

I am so, so happy with my bathroom remodel! Mr. Fernandez and his crew were so efficient and knowledgeable and included me in every decision that was made. In addition, they were so respectful of my home space. They cleaned up all debris at the end of every workday no matter how busy the day had been. The bulk of the remodel was done in nine business days when fifteen working days had been allotted for the project. If we weren’t happy with something, the problem was promptly fixed without argument or discussion. The end result is absolutely beautiful! I see a kitchen remodel in our future. Albert and his crew did an amazing job on our remodel. He kept us abreast of the schedule and progress. They did an outstanding job for us. From start to finish they were very professional. They were here first thing every morning starting immediately. Everything looks great. They helped with color questions and also advice with putting in an antique dresser as a bathroom cabinet. Left everything clean when they finished.

They are professional, punctual, and have great attention to detail. They took care of all issues quickly and offered solutions to things which were not anticipated. Like raising a plug or adding lighting. These guys can really do it all and with a smile on their face and a great attitude.

Albert and his crew remodeled our entire kitchen. This involved installing new flooring, countertops, backsplash, lighting, cabinet doors/drawers, sink, faucet, appliances, shelving, and painting. They also installed a new countertop in an upstairs bathroom. Albert kept us informed of the status of the project each day and let us know what would be happening next. He recommended various stores/warehouses to shop for quartz, flooring, tile, etc., and he made suggestions throughout the project that were very helpful. It was usually something that I hadn’t even thought about. I especially appreciated his advice and experience when it came to selecting the backsplash. His crew was professional and paid attention to details. I look forward to using Albert and his crew for future projects.

Had the tub removed and installed a walk-in shower, removed old ceramic tile, out dated popcorn ceiling and old toilet. The crew was very professional and detail oriented. From the beginning of demo to the final stage installing the frameless glass shower doors the crew was hard at work. Even during the project Albert had different ideas that would enhance the final look and was willing to change course from what we had projected without flinching. Will most definitely recommend and rehire for my for the master bathroom remodel.

I’m not one to leave reviews but Albert and his crew did such an amazing job with my kitchen remodel that I just had to make sure their work was recognized. I’m not going to lie, I went into this project thinking it would be like those tv shows were they have to call the homeowner with bad news, because my house is so old, but that thankfully never happened. These guys communicated with me throughout the entire project and walked me through every stage of the project. They made sure I had zero stress and answered all of my crazy questions. I am beyond amazed at how my kitchen looks now. It doesn’t even look like the same space!!! It’s unreal. I am so in love with it. Thank you, Albert!!!

I had water damage in July, and as a result, I had to get subfloor, flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and baseboards replaced. Painting was done as well. Albert and his crew were incredibly detail oriented, professional, and did phenomenal work! My downstairs looks AMAZING, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Albert and his team did a great job for us. We have about 220 linear feet of 8’ cedar fence that was restained by this company. They power washed the whole fence two days ahead which gave plenty of time to dry. Great job overall! The fence looks brand new again!

Beyond impressed with the professionalism and execution of the remodel. Albert and his crew were timely and so respectful of our space. I really appreciated how clean they left the construction are of our home. I cannot be more happy with my living area and brand new kitchen.
