The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). "I had Chad from Timeless perform a remodel on my existing inground pool. The job consisted of installing a wall with two 36" and two 24" water features with lighting. The wall measured 12' wide by 38'' tall. I interviewed eight pool companies and received quotes from each of them. That was a challenge in itself because many pool builders including the builder who installed my pool do not like to remodel existing pools. Chad was not the cheapest or the most expensive. What Chad did that the other did not was provide great attention to detail. Chad understood what I wanted to achieve and gave me different options to make a sound decision. â Once the work began, Chad's crew was very professional and efficient. During the process, I made some changes but Chad and his crew took them in stride and did an outstanding job. â Once the wall was completed Chad informed me that the original plans for the wall lighting had to change due to issues with the light company supplier. Chad performed a workaround and found another company that gave me the results I was looking for. "I had a bad experience with this pool service company. They came out didn?t even ring the door bell to let my family know they are present they just removed the lid from one pump to the other and said it worked a little better. They charged me $162.38 just to tell me that and my pool still hasn?t been diagnosed correctly after paying. I originally stated that I may have a leak and a clog because I don?t have any pressure. When I contacted them to please come out again a tech answered and told me to start texting again so he can tell me what to check. I replied I am not the professional you are I paid to have you tell me what?s wrong. Then after telling them how unsatisfied I was with there service the manager Sherri Scott send me a lengthy email telling me how well of a job they did and that I was lucky enough that they came out to my area in Pearland because it was out of there way. They are terrible do not contact these people."

"So very sad after YEARS of loyal service... sadly it has come to an end. I told Monica about my heat error 2 weeks ago, and the pump would only work intermittently after Johnnie installed it. Johnny came out today after repeated calls. I was busy on the phone.. he told me he was replacing the pump.. and then he said I was good to go.. said goodbye to LOLA my dog. Johnnie is very friendly. He shows up on time.. very important. As for the SUPERVISOR who answered tonight.. when the same heater error is on.. told me to get a new HEATER.. then proceeded to tell me to get a new HOTTUB. He also told me to buy a better HOT TUB.. I am sure that MASTER SPA will be glad to hear that. I have been a customer for 20-plus years. I have never called anywhere else. If I need a heater.. then let me know that at the appointment.. not on the phone 6 hours later, after Johnnie says you all set. The man on the phone acted as though he had been here.. NOOOO.. he had not. I told him that.. that I knew exactly who Johnnie was.. and that Johnnie rather liked my DOG. He told me that was not true.. he hated my DOG. I never write a negative review without trying to resolve the matter first. The supervisor would not give me the owner's phone number when I requested it. I think the supervisor needs some training in how to ONE.. Sell repairs.. TWO.. not to bash the very reason you're in business.. MASTER SPA has great reviews and is by far not a CHEAP hot tub. Was it worth it ?? I really would prefer you fix my hot tub. Even if it is at my expense.. that is for me to decide.. not the supervisor. If this is what it takes to get someone's attention. I asked for an owner's phone number.. this sad that it came to this. A simple apology might have made this situation a whole lot better."
