"Everything went fine only problem is the tech that came out the first time was here for about 2 hours (actually less) I didn’t mind paying the 2 hour minimum. Had to call them out again because, my sink was leaking again! The same tech came out again and said that the basket strainer was improperly installed which means it was part of the problem when he was here the first time! So I was charged another 2 hour minimum because he didn’t do his job properly! So I am out of pocket not only the $500 that the previous guy charged me but, now the almost $400 for the first time Stricklands came out and almost $300 the second time today! So I have paid $1200 for just 1 freaking drain!"

However, I was so impressed with NexGen I asked them for an estimate. Their estimate did not involve replacing my unit but actually fixing the problem. They fixed the problem as well as brought everything up to code. I am more than pleased with NexGen, they are out to fix the problem, not take advantage of the consumer. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Horrible! The tech they sent out has left two times and now my dishwasher sits in the middle of the kitchen floor! Very unprofessional! Only installed 1 of the 2 parts and said it doesn’t need the mother board. How does he know this this electric or water connected? Stated he can’t put back because drain line goes through the floor. It’s a pier and beam home."
