+ -1 moreHorrible! The tech they sent out has left two times and now my dishwasher sits in the middle of the kitchen floor! Very unprofessional! Only installed 1 of the 2 parts and said it doesn’t need the mother board. How does he know this this electric or water connected? Stated he can’t put back because drain line goes through the floor. It’s a pier and beam home.
Description of Work: Repair Maytag dishwasher!

Description of Work: I asked for a exact quote i told them what needed to be replaced and the part number I contacted them twice once by email other by phone they refused to give me quote for what I was asking for and both times they said the same thing that the price depends on what needs to be repaired and place of travel I have this information to them they still refused to give quote both times the ending response was they would not know what it cost until after they had fixed it

+ -1 moreIt was unfixable because they no longer made the parts. It was like 20 plus years old. I was satisfied with what they attempted to do for me. On the dryer, he did replace one part, but then, another part broke. I was happy with the service we got. I did not pay much for the fan belt or something. I stand behind Sears. I would use them again if I ever need them if they are still in business.
Description of Work: Sears Home Services attempted to fix our washer and dryer.
