When I returned to Houston in Oct. 2010 I decided to pursue something less hazardous. We receive most of our work from Word of mouth. Some, from lead referral services. We've done 1000+ fences and carry a 4.8 out of 5 rating with over 570 customer reviews. "There is a reason why they have the reviews they do. We got a quote for the services we specifically asked for. Our house was painted new with watered down flat paint. We requested the ceiling be painted we could not decide whether or not to go a flat white or same color as the walls. Ron suggested to do a Flat white. Glad we listened to that advice. So the ceiling got 2 coats of ceiling paint. The walls got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. (Benjamin Moore). They fixed a lot of poor quality spots in the walls and ceiling. When I spotted a spot they missed they just got it done. No gripes or complaints just done! The workers (Alex, Nathan and Miguel) were great! Got the job done 1 day ahead of expected. When we are ready to have the other rooms done we will be calling you again."

We chose Texas Fence because we could charge it, times are tight for all and $3800 isn't just lying around. The only negative I can give in regards to Texas Fence is the lack of follow-up and communication after you agree to have them perform the work. We had to reach out to get an ETA and even then it took a few times to receive an answer. Communication is a lost art! Once we were scheduled the gentlemen that built our fence, Francisco and Adam, I highly recommend them. They cleaned up after themselves, communicated with me, and were courteous. They pay attention to detail and treat you as a person and not a job. I can not say enough about them :)"

"Not happy! He did not return phone calls when I ask him to replace two sections that were bowing. I told him I wouldn't pay $200.00 he requested to replace two poor quality posts that were causing the bowing. I researched the quality stamp on the wood, and I found out the wood, made in China, had high moisture content, excessive knots, and some splinters- and the rating said, " do not use in high humidity areas." Note: He previously did a section of fencing for me, and it had a higher quality wood rating."
