Excellent service. Prompt response with the quote. Conduct visit for project inspection. The job is excellent. I have no complaint with the people who did the job. They are courteous, accommodating and kind. Demonstrate professionalism and expertise at work. They work fast but efficient. Will hire them again for my future projects.

ob started 5-8-23. Bob walked off the job on 6-7-23. He bid the job as time and materials and then supplied cheaper and inferior materials. Regular drywall instead of greenboard in the bathroom and laundry room. $400 knotty alder door instead of the $800 French door from Home Depot. Doors hung incorrectly (swing open on their own; too low to pass over a floor tile). Wall insulation installed in attic. Huge gaps above windows and doors. Holes cut in window stools allowing air and bugs into the house. Did not finish drywall, insulation, doors, tape, float, texture, cabinets. Bob collected 42K before he quit and said he would accept 15K not to place a lien on the house. He left wood in the garage and told me to find someone else to finish the cabinets. Refuses to provide invoices. Does not respond to emails. photos [*** Link removed ***]

We were totally remodeling two bathroom. During the initial review of the job, they gave great suggestion on what to do. Their estimate was extremely detailed. The estimate was very reasonable. They showed up on the day promised. There were workers there everyday. The demolition was completed without any issues. They kept the worksite orderly and clean. The work was completed in a very timely period. The work done was everything we expected. There were 5 little things that needed attention at the end of the job. They came back quickly and made everything perfect. From start to finish this is the best contractor one could have doing the work.

Bob, and his crew were great. His estimate was detailed and on the button, didn't add on any extras. the crew came out and were there every day until the job was done. Bob also went with my wife to pick out the tile and paint.

We had to do a siding repair because of a plumbing leak . Bob came out and did the bid the job in the pouring rain. He gave us a very competitive bid right away with no game playing. We are extremely cost conscious so every penny counts. His crew came out and was scheduled to take 6-8 hours to do siding and painting but with the crew boss Rolando's great communication and oversight they had it all buttoned up like nothing had ever happened in under 5 hours. They even spent the last 30 minutes cleaning up the work area and triple checking to make sure all nails had been collected out of the driveway. I was impressed! I will certainly recommend Turnkey Painting Plus to my friends and neighbors.

WOW, amazing job! Long story short, we went with another contractor at first that had only a few reviews on this site. They were horrible and caused more damage than repair. We of course fired them. That vendor is no longer on this site. Bob visited our home to provide a quote and reassure us that his team could restore our deck/door to its' former pristine condition. They did not disappoint. We are so very very pleased with the end product. And more importantly, the level of professionalism regarding communication, protection of the home fixtures, clean-up, and of course they wore their masks at all times. Hats off to Wilmer and his crew! As a very involved in the process and detailed focused client, I highly recommend Turnkey.

They didn't paint the sides of the house correctly. They used a thing paint which left visible lines on the house. When they came back to fix it, one side of the house was about a third painted. Still the paint lines show. While the men were excellent painters, it isn't worth getting the house painted if they don't finish the job completely.

So far it's been great! They're professional , friendly and very helpful on letting us know the latest trends and what is the best thing to do to fix our house properly.

They are prompt, thorough, responsive to my comments, willing to pleased and they have a reasonably price.

It was good. They did a good job and did everything that we asked.

I've used Turnkey Painting twice in the last months, getting a house ready to put on the market. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Rolando Ortiz was our salesman. He was responsive and provided an estimate quickly and accurately with no surprises. The bid included high-quality paint and all the materials necessary to do the job. Edwin, Oscar, and Edgar were our painters. They showed up on time every day, communicated the timeframe that would be required and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We are extremely happy with how the job went. We definitely would hire them again.

It went well. On time to work, it took a little less than two days. The crew removed the shelves from the closets, removed the three paneled doors, and set up a spray room downstairs since my house is empty. They did the walls first then the trim the second day. Very professional. I would highly recommend. I paid separately for the paint, but received their contractor discount.

Summary: Very responsive, a little disorganized with scheduling, a week's lead time to schedule but very quick once they got there. Owner did the estimates and was very proactive, but crew who did the work did only was was explicitly stated. My first contact was with Angie, their admin. She's excellent about picking up the phone or else calling you back quickly. And she was so sweet. If I ever had any questions, I knew I could reach her. I scheduled an estimate of my property and the owner, Bob, came out. He was clearly very experienced, pointed out things that I didn't notice, but were things I agreed needed should be fixed. I felt like it was helpful but not pushy; I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. Bob's estimate was detailed, thorough, and ended up around middle-of-the-road with respect to the other quotes I got (hence the "B" on cost). When I called Bob on a Monday, he couldn't get any guys out until the following "Monday or Tuesday probably," and I agreed. So the following Monday (today) morning I called-- Edwin was already on his way, so I also had to high-tail it down to the property to let them in. [Docked some mental points for them not following through to confirm, since he was not certain when he told me it would be Monday. He probably assumed I'd just be there and I didn't want to make the trip only to find out they weren't able to make it.] Edwin and his crew (2 others) were there when I arrived. I walked through the job with Edwin and then they hit the ground running. The whole job took just barely over 2 hours, and that included them running to buy some extra paint. I had people estimating that the job would take a full day, but since they sent over a crew of 3, they moved very quickly. [Bonus points for speed.] I docked a couple points for quality because I had wanted the cabinets in the bathroom fixed and painted, and they were only painted. The paint on cabinets had peeled, and the MDF had water damage (right under the sink). Bob and pretty much everyone who looked at the house talked about sanding the MDF down and then painting it. Edwin and his guys only painted it, no sanding. I didn't notice it when we walked through the house at the end of the job, but I was surprised when I did find it that he didn't do it, since it seemed like general practice from literally every painter who gave me a quote. So, docked points on quality. In the end, I had decided on Turnkey because of Bob, because I felt like he was thorough and I was afraid the cheaper ones would end up nickel-and-dime-ing me if I asked them to do other things. Edwin was good, professional, happily did all I asked, but was not as thorough. I would hire them again, but lesson learned, I'll bring tape or chalk or something to mark EVERYTHING when we do the estimate.

The experience with dealing with him was fine. The price was good but I don't think he really understood what I wanted to do.

The crew lead was very conscientious and tried to get everything correct. However 2 of the other members were not as capable and efficient. Complex carpentry was not done without help and intervention on my part. It ended up taking 5+ days to complete all the carpentry and painting on a 2 story house. They also prepared and painted a wrought iron fence. The last half day the crew lead came over and finished up to perfection. Very nice people but if complex carpentry is needed they may not be your best option. However for simpler carpentry they would be fine. The crew lead was very good and if all the people were as diligent they would be excellent to have this type of work performed.

Very well, thought they were going to go over schedule, but then bam they were done. Excellent quality work especially retexture. Cost was $1000 and $2000 below other bids but don't tell them that.

Work was completed in 2.3 weeks. Completed the end of March 2017. We waited until 6 weeks after their work was completed to post this EXCEPTIONAL review!!! EXCEEDED our expectations! Had a kitchen updated: granite, cabinets, lighting, paint, tile...the works. You won't find a better value for this quality of work! Romero was the best painter, Sergio was the best cabinet maker & trim finisher you will ever find and Greg's crew did the plumbing, tile and lighting ----- Very special! My wife and I are delighted. We highly recommend Turnkey and will certainly use them again! 5 stars! Thanks Bob!

Really well. They were actually early, took a sample of the ceiling in one room to match the paint, repaired some small cracks and a bubbled up patch on one ceiling and did it all in one day. CQ and Junior worked efficiently: patched the cracks, retextured, and covered the water stains in the morning, put on the final coats in the afternoon. The paint match was great, and the touch up paint they did on one wall (we had the original paint for them to use) was exacting. All the floors were protected and they cleaned up the one drip I found. Best money we've spent!

So Turnkey was not the low bid, but we were sure happy we went with them. Bob was very pleasant to deal with, his people were polite and courteous and they did a fantastic job in a tight time-frame. We have had so many B+ contractors over the years and they have been fine. But these guys are A+.

I was given a time-frame of 3 days in which the job was to be finished. It took the original crew 5 days. My leather sofa was not covered/protected and thus paint was splattered over 2/3 of the sofa after the ceiling was painted and was not cleaned up. Only one coat was put on the trim work and doors in my son's bedroom. The overall work was extremely sloppy. There were numerous unpainted spots left behind. Upon my request another crew was sent out to tidy up the job that the original crew did so poorly. The second crew were prompt, efficient and thorough. I would not use Turnkey again.
