Texas Fence

When Beryl came thru part of a palm tree took out a section of our fence. We received three quotes, and they were all in line with one another. We chose Texas Fence because we could charge it, times are tight for all and $3800 isn't just lying around. The only negative I can give in regards to Texas Fence is the lack of follow-up and communication after you agree to have them perform the work. We had to reach out to get an ETA and even then it took a few times to receive an answer. Communication is a lost art! Once we were scheduled the gentlemen that built our fence, Francisco and Adam, I highly recommend them. They cleaned up after themselves, communicated with me, and were courteous. They pay attention to detail and treat you as a person and not a job. I can not say enough about them :)

We had a great experience with Texas fence. The entire process was very easy and timely. The work crew that did the job was very professional and did a great work.

My husband says he never believes 5 star reviews, but I'm giving Texas Fence 5 stars anyway because they deserve it. Our new cedar fence looks amazing. The crew came out and worked hard removing old fence and installing the new one. Two of our neighbors had a chain link fence, so the crew had to work in very tight spaces. There were a couple of small problems, like boards missing nails, but they came back right away to make sure everything was perfect. And they gladly came back, meaning there was no complaining, excuses or delay. They apologized for inconveniencing me! That's how businesses should be run, but it's so rare to find companies that actually deliver. The team also did a great job with clean up, our neighbors were also happy with their work, no complaints! They deserve 5 stars.

I absolutely love my new fence. Thank you Texas Fence. I was not sure who to have install my fence. I found by researching Texas Fence that they have been in business for twenty years, are a member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, and had wonderful reviews. Adriana Medina (sales consultant) came and took measurements. She listened to what I wanted in my new fence and made a few suggestions. She was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about fences. Jose Garcia and his helper (fence installers) took down the old fence and put up the new fence. Jose put up a cedar board on board fence, made three walk through gates, and a double wide gate. Jose and his helper did a fantastic job. You can tell they take pride in their work. Les Perkins (project manager) answered any questions I had about the project. Dave Malcom (fence technician) came and did a little fine tuning. He also came up with a clever way to hide the 1 inch gap in the double wide gate that I could see into the backyard. I know that wouldn't bother anyone else, but it bothered me. Now, thanks to Dave, it's perfect. I would definitely recommend Texas Fence. I'm very pleased with my new fence.

Working with the Team from Texas Fence was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Erik Enriquez (Sales Representative) provided a professional and thorough proposal for the work requested and communicated all necessary details. Les Perkins (Project Manager) kept us completely informed ahead of, and during, the installation. Both responded immediately regarding any questions throughout the process and made contact post installation to be sure all expectations were met. Finally, Jose (Installation Crew Leader) was also extremely professional and demonstrated outstanding craftmanship. I would highly recommend this Team & Company as a great resource for this type of work.

Texas Fence did a great job building my cedar fence. They were quick and efficient, finishing in under two days. They were not the lowest bid I received but they were the most professional and they are fence specialists which was important to me. They kept me in the loop and they were quick to answer my questions. I'd use them again without question.

Texas Fence removed the old chain link fence from our church property and installed a new black clad vinyl fence in its place. They also created and installed bollards at one end of the property where the fence was at risk from two streets that forked right at our fence line. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We had a great team including our sales consultant Rosemberg Villafranco, our project manager Jose Posada and Manuel who led our installation team. They were all incredibly responsive to our needs and were easy to work with. Our new fence has totally changed the looks of the property. I would gladly recommend them. I should also say they gave us a great price! We couldn't be more pleased.

I love our gate! - the style, the convenience and the security of our backyard is wonderful. Installation was a bit delayed due to a shortage of iron last year, but once it came in, they installed it in record time and - just the way I wanted it. Follow up was great when I wanted to add an accessory, too - very punctual. I will definitely recommend to others, and will call for future work as needed.

In May 2022, Texas Fence built 1800 ft of fence, along with fourteen brick columns, for the Lake Windcrest subdivision. As a board member and project lead, I supervised everything from the initial quotes to the final walkthrough on the fence. Troy Bender, who worked up the quote and completed the contract details, was responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. There was a delay on the brick choices, but delays are common with a large contract like this. Once construction began everything went ahead quickly and smoothly. During the last days of construction, the fence builder mistakenly cut through the root of a large tree that was marked to be boxed. After I notified Daniel Benson, the project manager, the situation was rectified at once. At the final walk both Troy and Daniel Benson made sure every specification, from the grout on the brick columns to the hinges on the gate, were correct. Overall, the material quality, the workmanship, and the attention to detail from Texas Fence were excellent.

Excellent. The fence was installed with quality materials and was done with quality workmanship. The crew cleaned up my property when the job was completed. There are no negative. Brent Call the estimator/sales representative and Les Perkins the project manager kept me informed throughout the process.

We worked with Josh to get started and Chris as the project manager. We called them back out to fix a few things, and they were very responsive - took care of everything that needed to be done. The fence looks great, and we are delighted!

Was promised 2 men to haul off old fences. Chris Bankston, project manager for all 4 families, sent 6 men! All were protective of our AC equipment, downspouts and gas meters. Juan Enriquez, our salesman, was available to answer questions thru the entire project! Trey, the general manager, contacted me to see that all going smoothly! Juan Escamia, the crew boss was an excellent craftsman. My mouth dropped open when I saw the first finished section. Such beautiful cedar wood. He and his assistant Juan worked so well together. Like a true team! All 4 families are very pleased. They certainly exceeded my expectations! I would not hesitate to recommend Texas Fence. Really kind people to work with. BBB A+.

Very well. Expected lead time was much shortened, crew were able to complete in one day and pricing was competitive. Crew did damage part of my sprinkler system but Texas Fence paid for repair so much impressed by their integrity. My primary contacts were Les Perkins and Juan Enriquez and both were very good and responsive. Very pleased with the end product.

The company provided a detailed estimate. They performed the work promptly and the quality is very good. When I found some boards with cracks, they promptly replaced them. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.

Juan Enriquez was very helpful and clear about the included work. We got the rot boards and street facing end finish we wanted. Rot board was even mitered to make the fence look great!

The professionalism by Rosemberg and Erick was excellent. They went over and beyond to give the best service I have had in a very long time. Finished in one day and did not destroy one of my beautiful flowers along my fence line. I cannot say enough good things about this company and these gentlemen. I would hire them again for sure.

We got a hold of Texas Fence and had been pleased with them right from the start. We met with Josh Harris and he took GREAT care of us. They came when they said they would, finished the job quickly and they followed up with us afterwards. What more could you ask for.

Texas Fence did a great job on our fence replacement. We sent a request through their website and shortly heard back from our assigned fence consultant Juan who was courteous and professional and put us on the schedule to come out and get us an estimate. After acceptance of the estimate we heard from Eric our assigned project manager two weeks later who got us on the schedule to get the work done. Three guys came out and worked hard and efficiently to get the fence replaced. They did a good job, but there were some minor issues that we wanted addressed, mostly cosmetic except for the sprinkler system issue which we had as the crew moved the fence about six inches towards the home and the rot board we wanted installed inside of the fence to keep the garden bed in and away from the bottom of the pickets now sat over top the sprinkler system heads. We were not happy about that, but Eric our project manager made it right and covered the cost for the replacement of the sprinkler line and heads on top of sending a super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional technician named Cody out to fix the minor fence issues. We are now happy customers and can highly recommend Texas Fence, because although there were some problems, they stood behind their work and communicated quickly and efficiently to handle our complaints as they wanted to make it right. That truly says a lot about a company and we appreciated Eric, Juan, and Cody for that.
