"Rherd was contracted through home warranty company to repair the system. They got the heat working but it is stuck on heat. We turned the AC on on our way out the door for work and school. My daughter came home to her dog almost dead and the house 110 degrees. My dog had to go the emergency vets office for heat exhaustion which cost $440. The company refuses to fix their mistake and do the job properly until the warranty company sends them a new claim so they can get paid again. As a director with an auto repair company I know this is shady and unprofessional. A reputable company would fix their mistake even if it means taking a loss to do so. Your customers should never suffer for your incompetence and greed. "

"My A/C was 9 years old installed in2016 by a flip company. On Oct 22 the air blower motor siezed. I started calling my home warranty and 3 other A/C companies. 3 bids ranged from 28k to 15.5k. I contacted the last one Homefront Service. Owner Chris Stokes reviewed my system and history and agreed with me that replacing it was best. He gave me multiple options and I selected Carrier. The crew arrived at 8am 1 day later to install the new A/C system. They were wonderful! The team worked quickly and well together to remove old and install new. I am very happy with the whole process!! The technician spent time with me learning the new smart thermostat. I would give them 10 stars if the rating went above 5!!
