"Excellent! Melissa, the receptionist, answered the phone promptly and very pleasantly. I told her my problem about reprogramming my system to turn on sprinklers. She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

That is why we pay attention to every single detail throughout the build so we can deliver top quality craftsmanship.
"We hired them to build out a retail store at a strip mall. They don’t appear to specialize in this but we decided to give them a shot and they did not disappoint. They did an excellent job and right on budget. Chris made communication easy as well. We have them patch a lot of holes from previous tenants, they helped us pick the type of paint and color, they built a dividing wall with a door, installed LVP flooring, baseboards, and quarter-round. Place looks great! I would definitely recommend hiring them. We’re planning on remodeling the bathroom next since it has dated fixtures. We’re definitely contacting Berrios Construction when we’re ready."

They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"

"I paid $32,062.46 upfront. Due to non-performance of duties and/or responsibilities and damages to the property, it was mutually agreed to terminate the contract with Elizabeth Meisel on 2/28/25. Zack did not follow the permitted stamped architect plans and was provided feedback. The ceiling framing was off by 4' and the kitchen framing off by appx 9". Tell was made aware and still could not follow the plans for the kitchen. The original parquet in the large closet was demolished. It is estimated $800 for materials and labor. I made numerous calls, some not returned. Many meetings. Elizabeth Meisel assured me I would not be charged for work not completed. I sent a demand letter, no response. She is not returning my calls, now. I am now forced to pay the fees associated with ownership of the property and rent as I sold property to purchase this one. I am 70 years old and am forced to go back to work full time to cover housing expenses. Now I also have attorney’s fees."
