Berrios Construction was great! They came in with a better price point than some other places in the area & they did a good, clean job. They were very respectful of the space and of us, and efficiently met all the needs & wants we had. Would highly recommend!

Excellent. We had to paint both the interior and exterior of our home. The team at Berrios Construction were super professional and took care of the project effortlessly and in a timely manner! Will definitely contact them for any future painting projects.

We hired them to build out a retail store at a strip mall. They don’t appear to specialize in this but we decided to give them a shot and they did not disappoint. They did an excellent job and right on budget. Chris made communication easy as well. We have them patch a lot of holes from previous tenants, they helped us pick the type of paint and color, they built a dividing wall with a door, installed LVP flooring, baseboards, and quarter-round. Place looks great! I would definitely recommend hiring them. We’re planning on remodeling the bathroom next since it has dated fixtures. We’re definitely contacting Berrios Construction when we’re ready.

We had a fairly complex bathroom remodel, including rerouting plumbing, adding new lighting, etc. We were pleased with how it all turned out. Their partner contractors are good too. I'm planning to use them again for my kitchen Reno.
