I am writing to express my growing concerns about the status of the residential project for which we entered into a contract on September 7th, 2023. As per the agreed-upon terms, the project encompasses the conversion of the attic into a livable space, addition of HVAC systems, installation of a staircase, and the replacement of the first floor's flooring. The contractual value stands at $75,000, with a payment plan that was diligently adhered to on our part. Initially, our engagement was marked by your professionalism and courtesy. However, I regret to note a significant shift in the quality of service following the second payment installment. The decline in responsiveness, unexplained delays, and instances where no work crew appeared on-site have been disconcerting. Despite our commitment to fulfilling all financial obligations as per the stipulated schedule, we find ourselves two months behind the agreed-upon completion date. Approximately 25% to 30% of the project remains incomplete, and the lack of progress is causing considerable concern. Of particular distress is the sudden cessation of communication on your part when only the final 5% payment remained. This has left us in an untenable position, questioning the integrity of the ongoing project and raising doubts about its successful completion. I must express that the current situation is deeply troubling, and it gives rise to concerns of potential malfeasance. The request for the remaining funds before resuming work on the project further compounds our unease. In light of the foregoing, I am left with no choice but to seek clarity on the status of the project, a detailed explanation for the delays, and a clear plan for its prompt and satisfactory completion. I believe it is only fair to withhold the final payment until such time that these concerns are adequately addressed.

They did not finish the work only 50% is completed.

Terrible experience they don't show up they unfinished the job bad communication and heavy negligence. The workmanship has not been up to the standard the value what I paid for is not what I got, he advertise but it was not what is reflected with their company, they just took our money out of these job. I would not hire this company again. This man is a liar and con man; his statement is not true and the job was left uncompleted with a lot of costly defects. Anyone considering hiring this man for anything please take caution. (Update(1/2024)): So any statements/responses writing below stating they resolved the issue is incorrect. That is just the way the angi website allows viewers to view the responses. In fact he has been ordered by the courts to repay the funds and damages caused. Yet he is still not doing so and is running around ignoring the orders of the justice system. People are still trusting him with their projects and getting screwed over like we did. This man BJ and his company is the work of the Devil! I got a chance to review some of the new reviews posted like (Ankur k.) The bad experience this person described is the same tactics used to get funds from my family. It broke my heart to read that review because the story was very similar in my case, but looks like they trusted him with about 5x the money I paid him. Prayers to all that have suffered losses at the hands of this company and hopefully we all can get proper justice

The finished product is very good. The work took longer than anticipated for various reasons. Problems were fixed as appropriate with no additional cost.

The communication And response time was absolutely outstanding fast and efficient. They scheduled the work 24 hours after giving me the bid. They were there within two days. The bid was comparable to others but timeframe was much better. They finished in five working days. They even worked on Saturday. They accounted for everything communicated with me multiple times. Took the bed in three parts. Didn’t require all the money upfront like most contractors. They gave a clear bed that defined every item that was going to be done and how much it cost. When we made some changes they gave me an immediate bed to change items that was very comprehensive just like their original bid. I would Absolutely recommend them on any job. The quality of work in the materials recommended were top notch. Thanks again for the great service.

Beautiful house turned out extremely nice.

Integrity Home Solutions installed new flooring throughout my home. My home unfortunately was damaged by overflowed water from washing machine. BJ immediately responded to matter by arriving at home and began restoration by removing water from floors. The company was challenge to complete project in a very short time frame due to the arrival of out of town company. My entire 4 bedroom home required floors in 4 bedroomd, Family room, hallways and formal living and dining. BJ's team wirked relentlessly day and night to complete the job in less than a week. The job was completed within short time table, resonable priced and excellent results. BJ was patient and worked with me to get best results from my Insurance company. I highly recommend Integrity Home solutions to save time and money, but for its professionalism and Awesome results.
