"Excellent! Melissa, the receptionist, answered the phone promptly and very pleasantly. I told her my problem about reprogramming my system to turn on sprinklers. She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

He suggested the wifi lighting connected to my phone, and also without asking he came with detail-oriented little things to match my bathroom decoration to the project. He guided my husband to different places for quality and affordable prices to pick materials. He told me the job would take approximately no more than six and a half weeks and he finished in five! In general, very HONEST from the beginning. He asked me how much was my budget and he helped us to work with it. The final job is OUTSTANDING! and 100% recommendation for him and his whole crew! by the way, now they do my plumbing, and my roofing, and for sure next year they will be hired to remodeling my whole kitchen! "Eric and all his subs were terrific. The work was performed on time, under budget, and they even helped us get what we were owed from the insurance company! I would never have found these guys if it weren't for angi's, and couldn't be happier with the work they did. We had a tree come through the living room during Beryl, so required not only major roof repairs, but also a fair bit of work to replace drywall, floors, interior walls and a bunch of stuff in the attic. I'm not an expert, but I can say Eric and his crew did what they said they were going to do in exactly the time they said. They were pleasant and professional and my 89 year old mother approved (which is a hard approval to get!) I sure hope we don't need them again under similar circumstances, but we would gladly hire them again for any project!"
