Eric and all his subs were terrific. The work was performed on time, under budget, and they even helped us get what we were owed from the insurance company! I would never have found these guys if it weren't for angi's, and couldn't be happier with the work they did. We had a tree come through the living room during Beryl, so required not only major roof repairs, but also a fair bit of work to replace drywall, floors, interior walls and a bunch of stuff in the attic. I'm not an expert, but I can say Eric and his crew did what they said they were going to do in exactly the time they said. They were pleasant and professional and my 89 year old mother approved (which is a hard approval to get!) I sure hope we don't need them again under similar circumstances, but we would gladly hire them again for any project!

Great took very little time and well satisfied

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric and his company, Colts Construction, to get my roof redone. I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our commercial remodel went well. When needed Eric was always available and any questions or concerns were always answered immediately. Customer service was wonderful.

Colt worked with us to determine exactly what we wanted and gave us a timely bid. Not the cheapest but the most clear and the most reasonable. They did the work efficiently and completely and cleaned up afterwards. We love the results! We will use them again for other projects.

This amends a prior review (July 5) regarding a brick paver walkway . Eric contacted me after my review. He asked why I didn’t contact him first as he would have remedied the problem. I said it simply was not a big enough issue. In hindsight I should have reached out to Eric first. I’m convinced he would have made it right. Therefore, my rating goes to five stars and I will definitely hire him again. Byron Davis

Bid was fair. Good communication and they tried really hard. But this project may have been too difficult for their level of expertise. My complaint is they failed to use polymeric sand when finished. The final row became loose within a week without this special material. Actually they did not put this sand in any joints. So I googled on how to do it, bought the polymeric sand from Lowe’s and after several hours and 80 pounds of sand, it was done properly. Not difficult, but not my job either. In addition, they cut sprinkler wires under the pathway and I did not realize that two zones were not working until after they had finished. I wasn’t going to remove the new brick walkway to get to the cut wires. Thankfully there are special parts to deal with this type problem. Moderately difficult to get the two sprinkler systems back working and the parts were expensive. But I did it. But I still like them.
