Description of Work: Service was excellent. Air conditioner was not working and the tech fixed it for a reasonable price. Walked us through everything so we fully understood what he was fixing. They did overcharge us, but are correcting the error.

Description of Work: Inspect heating and air conditioning system. Due to a defective part inspection could not be completed. Air serv will return and complete inspection when defective part is received and installed. I will update my eval. upon completion of the inspection. (late entry Patrick from AireServ purchased and installed a new fan controller.part and completed the system inspection. The air conditioner required a charge and the cracked condensation drain line was replaced. I signed up for a two year twice annual inspection/maintenance plan.
