Cost to replace the blower coil was approximately $900. The maintenance agreement we signed last year was around $200 for two years. It includes two tune-ups a year and a 15% discount on repairs. Also, if repairs are needed, there is no charge just for them to show up.

I will highly recommend this company. I had a an over heating unit, they saved my house from burning down, The second time I used their services, my heat had stopped working. Both occasions I called and they worked me in and came out the same day. Nate the technician, was very friendly and was able to resolve the problem quickly. The company is great in their friendly attitude, efficiency, and affordable prices. I will continue to use their services in the future.

An AireServ tech came out, examined the A/C unit and determined that condensation was forming on the outside of a duct box that was leaking through the ceiling. They recommended that we replace the metal duct box with a duct board one. I agreed and they came back out the following Monday to make the repair. After the repair was complete, they showed it to me and fully explained what they had done. I was disappointed to learn that, due to the repair, we could no longer use the longer duration 4" filters and now had to use the 1" filters that need to be replaced monthly. Not a huge deal. They also let me know that one of their techs had accidentally knocked out a light in the attic but did not offer to replace it or discount the repair. Again, not a huge deal. Immediately after they left, we realized that the house wasn't cooling as efficiently as it normally did. Granted, it was 100+ degrees outside but we had weathered TX summers in the home before and the A/C had no problem keeping up with our demanding settings (68 during the day and 65 at night). I realize that those setting are unusually low but the A/C never had a problem maintaining those temperatures before (something we loved about the house) and also it wasn't running 24/7. I reached back out to AireServ and talked to a technician who informed me that 70+ was normal for this time of year and implied that there wasn't a problem. I informed him that this was not normal for our A/C but he did not immediately offer a resolution. I went upstairs to examine the A/C myself and noticed that we were losing quite a bit of cool air so I applied some duct tape to seal up the leaks. Note that this was not an area that they worked on but I was surprised that it was not something that they informed me about. The house remained warmer so I called back, asked for a manager and had them come out to do a free airflow check. The technician did conduct the free airflow check and added some sealant to further secure the system and prevent venting of cold air into the attic. He found no additional problems. Today, my wife called me and let me know that she has come home to a warm house (82 degrees) and the A/C does not appear to be blowing cold air at all. At this point, we will be reaching out to a different A/C company to check out the system but I am disappointed that I have spent $450 and I am left with a warmer-than-usual home.

Our a/c stopped working and we called Aire Serv to come out and take a look at our system. After being told several years ago by another company that our system was on the way out, we were not surprised that Aire Serv's recommendation was to replace the system. The technician sent Josh Hackney to discuss our options for a new system. After he spent a great deal of time at our home discussing the many options and answering all of our questions, we decided to purchase our new system through their company. We made that decision based on his professionalism and the company's guarantee policy. We scheduled the installation for several days later. The crew showed up on time and were very efficient and polite. Josh was also on hand during the installation and walked us through all of the paperwork and information about our new system. It is very rare to find the kind of customer service that we received throughout the entire process. Even though this is the kind of care that all companies should display when dealing with their customers, it is sadly not always the case. We are very pleased with our new system and very pleased with Aire Serv and their employees.

It went well. The people were good. They were very courteous. They were very good. They did a good job. They told me what they did and stuff.

It was fine. It doesn't cost anything. It was just a regular service. The guy was nice. They didn't stand out.

It was the middle of July and I knew they'd be really busy. I was really pleased with the service. It wasn't very expensive. It was just something really simple. They came about after 5:30 because I'd told them I didn't get up till 5. I looked them up on the internet. I would tell others that I thought it was great and they should call them. He was really nice and told me what he did. I was very satisfied with him. When I went out the driveway, they were already waiting on me. I think I am going to use him from now on instead of my usual provider.

It turned out fantastic. We'll use them from now on and we don't use anybody else. He came out on a weekend. He even waived the after hours fee. He came out and was able to fix the problem. It probably didn't take him 30-45 minutes to have it all take care of. He's a super honest guy. I've been in customer service, customer service is a big deal for me. He's very honest and does nottry to take advantage of the situation and its hard to find now a days. I will use only him.

My a/c stopped blowing cold air and my house was getting hotter than outside and more humid. I searched Angie's List and I found Patrick with Aire Serv of Johnson County. I called around 2PM, rather late in the afternoon, and he was still able to come that same day. He even called to notify us he was on his way. I should also mention that we are in the process of painting 2 bedrooms, so various pieces of furniture are scattered throughout the house. It was a stressful day to say the least. When Patrick arrived, he was very courteous and professional. I quickly felt at ease that I was in good hands. He wasted no time in finding out what the problem was, gave me a very reasonable price quote and proceeded to repair the unit in a very quick and efficient manner. I told him I also noticed the drip pipe coming out of the eave below the roof on the side of the house was dripping excessively before the unit stopped working. It was already past 5PM, and Patrick did not hesitate to offer to go into the attic to find the cause. He discovered where the clog in the PVC piping was and explained to me in an educational manner what the repercussions were in the not so long run if this was not unclogged, and I knew that ignoring a needed repair was not a good idea. Patrick again gave me a very reasonable price quote, then stayed to perform a top notch job on fixing the clogged pipe, stopping the drip. It was well past 6PM, and Patrick kept a very pleasant demeanor and great attitude. I will definitely call his company again when needed and refer him to anyone that is in need of HVAC work. I am glad I had the opportunity to do business with Aire Serv of Johnson County.

He showed up on time and was neat and clean. He took the time to explain everything that I needed to know, he explained it in a way that I could understand. I was very pleased with their service. He was very professional. He did give me a quote for some later repairs, I will be working on some of these things in the future and will definitely use them again.

Patrick Worley and his crew were professional and courteous. The experience of replacing our air conditioning and heating unit could not have gone any smoother. Patrick first came to our house to service our 17 year old system. After he determined that one of our compressors was beyond repair, he presented us with all options and did not pressure us in any way. After we made the decision to purchase a complete system, we decided that it would be best to get additional bids. Though the others we spoke to gave us competitive bids, the warranties offered by AireServ and the equipment manufacturer were the best. But the sincerity and service offered from Patrick really made the difference in the experience.

Everything went great!!! Aire Serv is family owned and operated. I would absolutely use them, again, and refer them to my friends and family.

The serviceman Pat Worley was prompt,seemed very honest and trustworthy. He checked all our heating and cooling and said all was ok except for a minor wiring problem for the electric heat. He was able to demonstrate after he corrected it how much better the heat worked. Also,we felt the price was reasonable and we trusted him enough to buy a year plan for a two seasonal check-ups.

Patrick called on the Saturday afternoon following my Saturday morning request for service (as promised) to let me know he was on his way to my home. He arrived when I expected him, uniformed and in an 'AireServ' placarded truck. After testing some of the possible electrical issues that might have been causing my furnace to heat very poorly, he identified the problem & explained to me how this had occurred. He opened the panel to the coils and showed me the 'blanket' of hair/dust that had accumulated on them.He offered to clean them, quoting me a price. When I mentioned that I could probably do that part myself, he agreed and explained how best to clean the debris off of the coils. Took me about 10 minutes and saved me a decent amount of money. That was really nice customer service. I let him know that we would be interested in using them again when it came time to replace our 'ancient' (1977) furnace sometime in the next few years, and he e-mailed some information about that to us. No high-pressure or attempt to "sell us" on buying a furnace. Just good, solid information about the process. Although this was our first experience using Aire Serv, I feel quite confident that we could expect a similar level of integrity and customer service from them for any future HVAC service needs we may have. If you're in the Johnson County area, I highly recommend them, should you ever have any heating or cooling repair needs.

From start to finish Aire Serve was with me. I am the kinda person that has to research, then research some more then research my research. Ho do I know I made the right choice? I have no regrets. If you ask yourself what would I have done different if I had to do it all again? and the answer is the same thing, you did the right thing. Aire Serve stayed in constant communication with me for all my questions. i am quite a blunt person when it comes to my money, so i take it very serious when I have to let it go. AireServe of JC came out, checked out my system and gave me my options, repair or replace. Gave me the pros and cons of both and let me decide on my own. I brought out 3 companies for bids, one actually showed up at the same time the other was at my house, talk about awkward. I compared apples to apples with all three companies. The system I got from ASJC was bid at 9K for one of the companies and believe it or not, 14K from another. WTH? If you are spending your time reading this review like I did, STOP! We have a maintenance agreement with Aire Serv of Johnson County and simply love them. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable and honest. When he arrives he reviews everything and tells you exactly what is needed now and will be needed in the near future. To find someone in this industry that you truly feel you can trust is simply amazing! They came to our rescue when we had a leak in our newly purchased home. The ac drains through one of the upstairs bathroom drain lines which overflowed and in turn caused our downstairs master bathroom ceiling to fall in. Patrick came out the same day. You cannot say that about most air conditioning companies. Even with being an emergency call he still kept the cost more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them to everyone and I do every time I am asked who we use! BONUS: No Worries about price gouging!!
