+ -1 moreThey put in my furnaces last year. I'm very pleased. The quality was great because I determine what comes in my house. I dictated what type of units, what size and all of that. I verified that it comes in the crate and I had to see it in the crate before I will accept. I also verified that I had to see all the new insulation products that they have to do in the attic and I have to had to have a photo of it. I had to see everything and they did that. They're good about responsiveness; they get with you. If they're busy, they'll say they're busy, but when they say they'll come, they come. The unit they took out was 23 years old and it's a Trane unit. So, I'm sure I won't be needing them, other than just servicing, once a year.
Description of Work: They put in a 4 ton A/C for me.
