"6 years after our original level 4 roof install we started to upgrade the paint scheme of the house. We started to remove the gutters so the fascia could be painted and behold we discovered that Brennan installed the drip edge on top of the felt instead of directly on the roofing plywood! Now we have to get a contractor out here to repair over 200 linear feet of drip edge and roofing before we can paint and rehang the gutters!!"

Dan came out to provide an estimate, was straight forward (not too sales-y) and confident in his product. They were very competitively priced and after doing some research on their window product and comparing Pro1 against other quotes I received (4 total), it was a no-brainer. They under promised and over delivered in every way. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get the windows, they were here in 2.5. I was told scheduling installation could take some time, I was on the schedule the following week. I was told installation would take the better half of a day, they were done in 3 hours. Installation day was seamless. They over communicated about their arrival time and were respectful towards my house and furniture, making sure that things were carefully moved away as needed and covered. They move something for me that was not in the scope of their practice damaged my wall in my house and didn?t take ownership to it, but I didn?t even hold that against them. It?s the fact that I went to mop my new floors that they put in the garage with the epoxy, and it started chipping up already just under a month after having them done when I contacted them they told me they did exactly as instructed and there was nothing else they could do for me basically weren?t gonna make it right. I?ve uploaded photos just to show that I?m not an angry Karen. I?m just very sad that they seem like really nice people, but they were just in it to make a dollar quick work and not quality. I was going to hire them for our company as we are about to be a new homebuilder. I?m glad I experimented on my own house and not what I?m selling. I uploaded pictures to show the paint chipping up off of the garage floor, and then the damage of The wall inside"
