Review for Statewide Energy Solutions What’s not to like? Our experience with Statewide Energy Solutions could not have been better. The Statewide team hit it out of the park! Charles Schulz’s sales presentation was professional and complete. He answered all our questions. Charles was admirably humble and respectful, considerate of our time, honestly presenting the company and the qualities of an excellent product. The contrast with two other vendors whom we had consulted was measurable. Charles was genuine, not pretentious or presumptive. After he asked for our business, he laid out what our expectation should be for timing, including the measuring of our windows, the manufacturing, the installation and the price. We were not disappointed because the whole process was exactly as he described. The installation team headed by Edgar and Carlos worked like a well-oiled machine. The men labored very efficiently even in the heat of this July summer. They were on time, respectful and friendly. Their teamwork was organized and systematic, coordinating the work inside and outside. The other workers on the team worked effectively and expertly on their respective tasks. Every detail was satisfactorily completed from the window installation, caulking, insulation of each window, restoring wood trim, repairing mortar in the brickwork, even cleaning the windows and the work site completely. Edgar and Carlos are pros who work well together. They fully exceeded our expectations for exemplary workmanship, backing up Statewide Energy Solution’s promise for customer satisfaction. Owner Mark Shinners at Statewide called us soon after the installation to ensure we were satisfied, and he inquired if there were any unresolved issues. Emphatically, not! We recommend Statewide for their teamwork, quality product, professionalism, excellence and follow through. We love the windows and our home got a major facelift. Mr Schultz the sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. Was not overly pushy. He even made a second trip out for clarification. The price was competitive. The installation crew was experienced and knowledgeable. The windows themselves are very nice and seem to be as adverstised. Was an overall pleasant experience.

We absolutely love our new windows and so does everyone who sees them. Our rep helped us pick the best match for our brick and kept our personal needs in mind when determining the design of the new windows. We have an upstairs room which had a window AC unit that we no longer need due to the windows being so well insulated. In fact, we have already seen a huge difference in our utility bills this past summer during record setting heat wave. We had a LOT of windows and installation took a couple of days but went very smoothly. We highly recommend Statewide Energy Solutions.

I called Statewide Energy Solutions and talked with Mark, the owner, about his product called the Texas Energy Pro window. This window is manufactured by Vistamark in Waxahachie. There is a youtube review which is very positive. Two days later Adam came out to measure the windows and answer several questions that we had. He left us with a quote and we told him we would get back to him later in the week as we were looking at other quotes. He also gave us a number of previous installations that we could drive by to look at. The next week we signed the contract which includes a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor. If we sell the house, the warranty extends to the new owner for 10 years. From time of order to installation was six weeks. Scott's installation crew was absolutely terrific. To install 40 windows it took three people 2.5 days to complete. This included new wood framing around eight windows and one new window sill inside. They also took down several window blinds and replaced them when they were done. They left the place as clean as it was before they came both inside and outside.

The sales team were great to work with. The installation went very smooth and they were done in the same day. All was great!

They replace all the windows in our home did an excellent job it was one of the cleanest installations I’ve ever had done. We will use them again to replace our back door.

We were very impressed with the sales rep Charles. He gave us a detailed quote and showed us samples we needed to match to some previously installed windows. The installer Juan was very professional, courteous and installed our windows in one day. He was on time and left no mess behind after he was done. We couldn’t be more happy with our decision to use statewide for our home windows, they we’re a pleasure to work with and they improved the look and fell to our home. There was long leading time due to Covid, but the window quality was worth the wait. From the estimate to the installment everything went well. The entire process went very well including the sales visits from James and the installation by Scott and his team. The installation went as discussed before the install. The windows look great and are a huge improvement over aluminum windows we previously had.

We had 4 picture windows and 5 regular windows. We are very satisfied with their work. It had a long leading time due to Covid but it was worth waiting, the picture windows they installed are so beautiful. The installer came to measure them and the same person replaced them. He took time to complete the job, his job was very neat.

Best customer service ever upfront and honest people, james our sales rep was honest and very informative Juan our inttaller was very friendly and professional and cleaned up so well it was like he wasn’t there, I highly recommend these folks.

Sales, installation and product all great. We attribute the delays to the Fall 2021 covid-related supply chain issues. We would definitely hire them again.

Statewide did a great job replacing our old windows with energy efficient ones all around our house. Adam was communicative and clear on what we should expect. The work was delayed due to pandemic disruptions but they installed the windows as soon as they could get their supply chains running. The installation itself went smoothly and the installers took great care not to dirty or damage the house. We were very happy with the quality on the work and would hire them again if we needed to. We met with Charles twice for presentation on product pricing. We secured our own financing but they do offer options. We had about 40 windows in our 2 story house. We also had them rip out 3 windows & install a glass sliding door, wich we love. The installer was fabulous, his team was his family. They were professional & quick & I would hire them again without hesitation. Everything was done in less than a week, which I loved. The windows were on time & no errors on the order. Hired statewide energy solutions twice with my windows, both jobs were done perfectly. From the first step to the very end, they are professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

We had two meetings with Charles Schultz, on Jun 30, 2022, I sent 20% of the total. In early August I was told they would be ready about Sept. 20, the installation was actually Oct. 18 & 19. Lalo and Victor arrived that morning by 9:15 and started working immediately, the job was completed Oct 19. When they left, my house showed no signs of any thing being done around the whole perimeter! There was no caulk on the ground or any sloppiness around the 20 windows, my patio was cleaner when they left than when they came! I can not tell you how over the top pleasing it was to have such professionals on this job, it has been two years or more since I have had this quality of people do their job with such pride! Adam and his dad were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their installers took only two days and did a neat and clean job and the windows look great and have performed well.

They did an excellent job, quality windows at a highly competitive price, clear about what was and wasn't involved, transparent about delays during the national shipping mess, work done quickly when they came out, cleaned up after themselves.

Overall went well. The new windows were installed quickly and look/function well. The masonry work cutting and installing the window in brick went very quickly. The subcontractor who did the drywall work inside failed to return and tape/bed or texture so I did that myself.

I was assisted by a very nice gentleman and he gave me a great price plus a 30% discount on future orders that never expires. I love the new windows. They exceeded my expectations!
