He took over and hour and went through every circuit to make sure everything was fine before he left. He did a great job on the panel replacement, I was very satisfied with whole job."

"SSGE acted like a teenager wrt aftersale service. The first time I called SSGE was when then was an alarm on the system, ( a year after install) and they refused service!!! The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."

"I've had EV charger installed 2 other times prior to using Santiban Services Group (different locations), but never once experienced this level of customer service that Gabe provided. Although, it was my most expensive installation (which I can't blame them due to the odd place my builder placed the breaker box), but the price was quoted fairly and justified. Gabe went above and beyond such as stopping by my house, taking photos, drawing where he was going to do the wiring, and walking me through his findings. On top of that, he even did a load calculation which advised me to install a load management system so my breaker box wouldn't overload. This alone said he's a very thorough and dedicated person. I appreciate that so much because no other electricians were doing that and kept telling me that "it will be fine". Being a first time homeowner, I would like to protect my house to the best of my ability, so saying "it will be fine" doesn’t really give me a peace of mind. So thank you Gabe!!!! For helping me to ensure my breaker box would be fine with the new addition. They did an amazing job always on time and they provided everything I currently needed and added drops outlets and switches for things I may want or need down the road . They coordinated with the other subcontractors to ensure all other systems, such as well lift station air condition, all had the proper power supplies where they were needed. I never felt like I was working with an electrical contractor. I felt like I was working with a family friend.
