I paid for a maintenance contract w these people then called them for repair work. They misdiagnosed the problem three times then left the battery and parts of my very expensive standby generator out on the ground and in the weather. Then they admitted they were not even authorized to do warranty work on a cooler generator. Now with my maintenance contract, and my money, they have not contracted out the work, will not return my calls, my texts or my emails

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with A&A Gen Pro. They provided and installed a natural gas fed Cummins 20kw generator at our home at a very competitive price. Rocky and Pham from A&A performed most of the installation work and they are extremely hard working and very good to work with. They were attentive and receptive to my preferences on how and where they installed the generator, cabling and gas piping. My next door neighbor was also impressed with their work and he had them install a generator at his home as well.

A&A GenPro folks were excellent from start to finish. Andrew provided me with several options and his recommendation for my house to satisfy the needs for my house (as hurricane season was approaching). While the overall process took a bit longer than I thought (3-4 weeks) this was primarily because we had to wait on the Centerpoint contractors to schedule the gas line & meter hookup. A&A GenPro was always on time and available. Very responsive to my questions on status and right on time to get the final work done and on line. I strongly recommend A&A GenPro.
