Mr Electric’s, Samuel Mosher, came to the house to trouble shoot a light that was not working. Samuel was prompt, very polite and respectful of our home. He reviewed the situation and explained what the problem was and the recommended solution. He went above and beyond, by pointing out some things that were not up to code. He presented his findings informatively and without any pressure. I agreed with the work to be done and he promptly started the work. He was efficient and very pleasant. He completed the light project as well as the code issues discovered in the same afternoon. Samuel was a terrific representative of Mr Electric and this is the second time I’ve used this company. I will use them again for any future electrical needs.

Nick came out and did a great job. was able to give us an affordable estimate and was a "sold high character person". He was so good I requested him for my next project. don't go with those fancy name guys, it ain't worth it ! Stick to Mr. Electric!

Mr. Electric was quick to respond to my request and provided a free competitive quote to replace a dimmer switch that had become faulty. Raymond was professional, friendly and replaced/tested the new dimmer switch quickly.

Francisco & his helper were professional, polite& friendly. Work started 2 days after our initial meeting & the breaker box was installed well before the end of the day. Could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend!!

They were punctual and very professional. They diagnosed the problem and followed safety procedures. Repaired my builder grade switches with commercial grade leviton switches and properly grounded them. Excellent workmanship. Not the cheapest.

The two gentlemen who installed the lights were very professional, courteous and friendly. They made sure that I was pleased with the work, and even helped to make sure all of the fingerprints were wiped off the shiny surfaces of the entry light before they left.

Excellent. Efficient repair in one visit

When purchasing our house the electrical panel had many issues that needed resolving. We are having a shed built out the back with power going to the shed. William D. came and sorted everything out. I am very impressed with the results. The new electrical panel looks great. Ran cables to where the slab will be poured for the shed foundation. Really good experience and would recommend. Thanks!

High quality work, explained everything well, did detailed labeling of new breakers, diagnosed some failed outlets very carefully. Called on Thursday, came on Friday. Completed work on Monday-Wednesday. Took care of arranging permit/inspection. Courteous, punctual. Not the cheapest around but I always call them for the work.

Kudos to them for also being patient, caring, professional, thoughtful….and on and on. I had to reschedule and I never felt anything but great customer service was being provided. Fine. The porch light is great, but the timer isn't working right. The chandelier was good. The speaker wire was run, but I thought the price was way to high for the speaker wire.

William, the Technician was very professional and discovered the problem right away. Then informed me that he would perform a safety check on all the electrical connections in the electrical panel free as part of the agreed on pricing. This was a really good experience and would highly recommend Mr Electric North West to anyone who need electrical help!
