Description of Work: I contacted the company by email through Angie's list. Maria responded within a day. She sent me an email and left me a voice mail. After I called and told her what I plan to do, she told me that she would schedule an appointment for someone to do an estimate. But she never called me back. I called her and was told that she's in an airport. She promised to call me back but again, no call, no email, nothing. In our first phone conversation, I told her that I need to build stone edging and a drain. She ask me if I wanted a French drain, I said no, just need a regular drain. I guess maybe she decided the project was too small. But promising something that she had no intention to do is very unprofessional. I am very disappointed.
