Within 24 hours, Ben came out, gave us a written quote with detailed pictures of where our roof was compromised, and had a crew on site in days. Of course Mother Nature decided to let the rain pour on our parched Texas soil the very day that the repair was originally scheduled, but we were promptly updated via text and email with any scheduling changes due to the weather. After the repair was completed, I received texts thanking us for our business and ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the workmanship! Ben also included photos of the repairs. "The short version: a poor paint job and terrible customer service from a company run by a bully. Do not trust this company with your home. Pictures included in my Google review since I can't upload them here. Alvarez Painting (owner Paul, his son, and another employee) spent 2 days in April 2019 painting the ~20 doors in our home, as well as several doorframes and 2 rooms of baseboards. They did a rough job from the start, with thin and missed spots on all of the doors, as well as entire sections of doorframes that were missed completely or missed their second coat of paint. I noticed some of these issues on our final review and spent about an hour with the son getting things touched up; Paul spent that time rushing his son along and yelling at the other employee, as well as hurrying me to stop. I wasn't thrilled about the shade of white that the paint turned out (had been almond, they'd repainted using Extra White from Sherwin Williams but it still looked yellow and Paul said that was the best it would be). I paid them about $1800. After they left, I noticed more thin spots, the missed doorframes, etc and contacted Paul about them fixing these issues. He said they would come out after Memorial Day but completely ignored me after I tried multiple times to get something scheduled. I disputed <$200 of the painting charge with my credit card company to compensate for the work I'd have to put in to fixing the missed & poorly done spots but didn't dispute the whole charge because at the time I felt that would be unfair. In November 2019, I finally found the time to touch up the doors myself. I used the exact same paint type that they had, but wasn't able to use the exact can of paint because they'd left it open in the garage and it dried out. I did the touchups and immediately realized that what I'd just applied was a much whiter color than they'd applied. I had 2 other painting companies out to give me an assessment and estimate to fix - they both said that the paint had been watered down or otherwise improperly applied, and that's why there was a color difference. I contacted Paul again about getting a refund, as I would have to repaint everything they'd done because there were now whiter painted areas on every surface. He called me a liar and lied about how long they spent at my house (it was only 2 days, he said they were there for 5 and came back out). I wound up repainting those doors and trim myself, but did have one of the other painting companies out to repaint our front door the same Extra White color. For the record, their paint job came out as white as expected, with none of the discoloration of Alvarez Painting's handiwork."

"Joshua, the Project Manager in Dallas suggested Romabio for my brick exterior; I was not aware of this product, but after researching it, I decided on it rather than staining or latex painting. No other painting company I got a quote from even mentioned Romabio. I am very pleased with the result, knowing that it will outlast latex and look better than stain. Bryan and Louis, the painters were professionals and did an excellent job. I will ask Precision Painting Plus to quote my home's interior painting in the near future."

"David came out did his measurements to confirm how much we should be ordering for the job and said he would provide a cost in a day or two. I revived the estimate and agreed to have him do the job. He provided a date for the install to take place and who would contact me to complete the work. Thor sent a text said he would arrive prior to 8:00 AM. on Monday 3.18.19 I asked if he could call when he was 10 minutes out and i would meet him at the property. On Monday we met and he looked at what he was to do and went right to work. I came back a few hours later and he was working away on the project and explained how he was going to cover the paper in the formal dinning room. When I cam back late that night all of the walls were ready to have the paper installed. On Tuesday he arrived very early and wet right to work when i came by that night the formal had been completed and his attention to detail was showing. On Wednesday he arrived early once more and i stopped by mid morning and he was already working on the Powder Bath and assured me once more that the dark walls would cover just fine and would never need to worry about paper separation on the seams. He was right as when i inspected the that night it covered the room with no sight of the dark blue walls. (we had had them painted thinking we would have a different paper installed only to find it was no longer available. Thor and The Wallpaper Doctor are the way to go on all wallpaper needs."
