Initially, they damaged the first internet wire that connects to my home, which they informed us about. However, despite their awareness of not having the correct mapping of our underground wires, they proceeded to cut three additional wires, resulting in a loss of internet service that affected our home for a significant period of time. The business demonstrated negligence by persisting with trenching despite being aware of incorrect markings and severing a wire leading to our property. Instead of rectifying the error and obtaining accurate mapping, they continued trenching unabated. Consequently, the severed wires disrupted our internet connectivity, leaving my husband unable to work for hours despite attempting to use a hotspot, which proved futile due to the computer's inability to connect. This disruption had a direct impact on my husband, who is a contractor and relies on a stable internet connection to carry out his work. As a consequence of this company's actions, he suffered a loss of income. I have reached out to the owner Scott Covert multiple times, and all he mentioned that my claim was comical and that we should have used a hotspot. Oh well!"

"After talking to six other companies, I decided to give Elite Arborist a try. Carlos came out to give an estimate on laying new sod and redoing the stonework around a tree in my front yard. He was punctual and listened carefully to what I wanted. He told me all the things his company does and how they could make my vision a reality. We ended up agreeing to the work as well as pruning the large oak tree we have. On the day of the project, the sod was delivered 6:30 a.m. and the crew arrived an hour later. I was impressed how they put out orange cones around the area for neighbors’ visual safety. Carlos introduced me to the crew supervisor, Rocky. Throughout the day, Rocky kept me informed about what they were doing and progress. He patiently answered all my questions and reassured me that I would be pleased with the results. I was very impressed with the attention to detail to the stonework around the tree, the meticulous way they prepped to lay the sod and the expertise of tree pruning. They took great care in making sure they left may yard and surrounding areas, i.e., street very clean. By the end of the day, my front yard was transformed and had great curb appeal. Plus, the Oak tree really stands out. Carlos also sent me information on after care and fertilization of the sod. I’m very happy with the results.
