We are a kitchens and bathrooms company. We specialize in custom showers, custom cabinets and counter tops. We staff high end professionals and use sub contractors only when necessary. We also give a very detailed estimate, action oriented so you only pay for the work preformed and gives control to the homeowner.
"These guys were fantastic. They are one of the few companies out there that that actually do what they say will do. They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"

I had initially had flooring done by a different contractor that hadn't done a good job but Rich even over the phone told me that he could take care of my problem areas. We made an appointment for him to do his assessment, he gave me the time frame of expected completion which was just a couple of days and was done before that. "On Tuesday, April 16th he tore out the tile and my double sink. He collected from me $1750 and left at about noon saying he would return. He did not return until Friday afternoon. He hastily installed the countertop and said he was finished. In addition to having poorly installing the countertop, the sink was not one made to be used in a kitchen and had only one hole in the top for the faucets. I offered to pay for a decent sink although he was to replace the one I had He said he was not a plumber and was not going to connect any sink. I pointed out the other problems and asked him to fix them. He argued for awhile demanding payment.. I told him I would pay him when he corrected the problems. He walked out and then sat outside of my house for almost an hour. I called him to try and resolve the issues. I even offered to pay if he provided a helper. He refused to do so unless I paid him for the complete job. He left and returned with the police. He said I had cheated him and then accused my husband of having threaten him with a knife and he was afraid of him. My husband is 73yrs old, has Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and a defibrillator. He never even suggested anything. He and his worker insisted that happened and my husband had to spend a night in jail. He must appear in court on April 26th, so we must retain an attorney."
