On Tuesday, April 16th he tore out the tile and my double sink. He collected from me $1750 and left at about noon saying he would return. He did not return until Friday afternoon. He hastily installed the countertop and said he was finished. In addition to having poorly installing the countertop, the sink was not one made to be used in a kitchen and had only one hole in the top for the faucets. I offered to pay for a decent sink although he was to replace the one I had He said he was not a plumber and was not going to connect any sink. I pointed out the other problems and asked him to fix them. He argued for awhile demanding payment.. I told him I would pay him when he corrected the problems. He walked out and then sat outside of my house for almost an hour. I called him to try and resolve the issues. I even offered to pay if he provided a helper. He refused to do so unless I paid him for the complete job. He left and returned with the police. He said I had cheated him and then accused my husband of having threaten him with a knife and he was afraid of him. My husband is 73yrs old, has Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and a defibrillator. He never even suggested anything. He and his worker insisted that happened and my husband had to spend a night in jail. He must appear in court on April 26th, so we must retain an attorney.

Workers done an excellent job and reasonable price. I would definitely hire F&R again. Everyone in my home love the job he done.
