I recently had my Master Shower remodeled by West Shore Home, lead by a team of 3 fantastic installers: Matt, Riley and from the service department, Robert. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, personable, kind, respectful of my property and responsible. A closet door was damaged during demolition, and will be replaced at no cost to me. They treated my home with the upmost respect. They were on time daily and did not take extended breaks. Their friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were willing to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the project. One of the standout aspects was their commitment to cleanliness and they made sure to clean up throughly after the job was complete. I highly recommend Matt, Riley and Robert as installers and service techs and West Shore Home for your remodeling needs. Their dedication to quality work and Customer Satisfaction is truly commendable. I would like to also recognize the Design consultant Kerel Edwards and Quinn- Customer Service Coordinator.

Robert (Houston area) came today to repair and replace the caulking around my fairly new shower.. Robert is a professional and caring individual. He was on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Plus he loved my dogs and my dogs loved him. I was lucky to have him repair the issue that was needed repairing. Thank you Robert.

Robert is good and quick

Robert from Westshire came out to finish up my Bathroom work.

Had to have some minor rework on a Shower Installation. Robert showed up this morning and repaired the problem and even changed out the stripping on the outside of the shower for a better seam in caulking. He went above and beyond!
