They came out on time, and each one of them, including the lady were very professional in making sure our tall and large front yard tree was removed and the stump and protruding roots were grinded. Their price was right and their cleanup was amazing. Our tree was close to the pole wires and they made sure that none of the limbs touched the wires during the removal. Asked for a copy of the property survey which was provided to him, he left with survey, he never measured anything and left saying they are 2 months out. His visit was on April 12th..so far no estimate. Contacted multiple times via phone, text, and email, no response, only picked up the call once and said let me check what's going on with estimate, never heard back from him. It was not a small project. Guess he doesn't want our business. There are many to choose from out there."
