They suggested to replace the skylight. After getting other Quotes from from other roof repair Companies of $750 to $895 to repair the leak, but not replace the skylight, I decided to let Austin Roof Repair do the work sense It included a new skylight. When I called to let then know that I wanted them to do the repair, I was informed that the cost would be $1050 plus an additional $350.00 for the cost of a new skylight. This a an attempt at a classic bait and switch. They have also changed their name(probably to avoid negative comments). When they answer the phone, they answer as some, not Austin Roof Repair. I recommend that no one ever do business with these shysters!
