"Tony did an excellent job. His response was quick and he showed up at the time he stated. He inspected the roof and attic areas and quickly found out where the squirrel entered. The procedure was to install a one-way door at the entry point to allow the critter to exit (I imagine for food and water). He finished up in less than 2 hours. Next step is to wait a few days, listening for the noise to cease. He then will come back and seal up the entry point. The charge was very reasonable, totaling $487"

They were very patient in explaining all that needed to be done, made multiple trips to our house to insure they were capturing the "creatures" who had invaded our yard and under our deck. They will be making a return trip the week of March 1ST to resume trapping as we still have a few "lingering" creatures wreaking havoc in our yard! And, in comparison, their pricing is reasonable! They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"

"The crappiest company I have every worked with in order to upkeep my home. They are predators and they call you 100 times a day to collect money for a service they did not render. It is insane. Do no work with them ever. Seriously. I closed my account they then charged me for the next month service, then when I told them what was discussed - they lied in the notes and refused to just cancel the $50 and said they would send to collections. I literally paid them to have them stop calling me."
