Hawx Pest Control

They keep on rescheduling and have not serviced my property for 4 months. When calling them to see what is going on, they try to schedule out weeks away. They make it impossible to get a refund for their breach of contract. Not a good company.

The sales persons will lie through their teeth to rope you into a contract for services you did not ask for. They have been my nightmare for a year, truly the worst services I have ever received. I have spoken to them on the phone countless times and get different answers every time from different people. I finally get to the end of my contract and they charge me $150 because I didn't "spend enough". Horrible experience.

Total rip off. Free service turned into 2 months billing. They keep you on hold for hours then somehow drop calls when being transferred. They ignore online website chat. Filing complaint with TX regulators tomorrow. Don't let them come near.

So unhappy with Hawx! Not only did they suddenly inform me that the extent of my service was being narrowed, I guess, because they got greedy, but they wouldn't even call me back to discuss. Then they won't let me cancel my service unless I phone them -- during my busy time at work. Now that I phoned and said I want to cancel my service, I have been put on hold and it's been 22 minutes. Hanging up. Petty, greedy, inept. They are not the only game in town.

EVERYTHING WAS SUCESSFUL. VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT MY TECHNICIAN PERFORMED. COMPLETELY SATISIFIED. MY TECHNICIAN TOOK TIME TO EXPLAINED THE WORK HE WOULD BE PERFORMING FOR ME. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS THAT I NEEDED TO KNOW. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS FIELD. THANK YOU HAWX PEST CONTROL FOR THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDED. JOB WELL DONE.

If I could give a negative number I would. They A SCAMMERS, let me save you the hassle of saving you time, money and going through a very bad experience. I filled a claim with the Better Business Bureau. A hawx technician approach me while cutting my lawn and ask me to sign up for the service. I said I wasn't interested because I was scammed already by White Knight pest control. They started charging without performance the service after being with them for 3 years. I work from home, I have a cameras set up, my back gate is locked and the dog backs whenever someone or a car stops around the house. I signed up with hawx pest control after the technician wouldn't stop pleading they promised to knock on the door when ever they came out to perform a service. The next day they came out in February 2022 knocked on the door and I opened up the back gate every was ok. March came they deducted $98 from my account I called and said why did you deduct money and haven't perform any service? I said I needed the contact canceled because it less than 30 days. They hang up the phone. I called back and they keep transferring me. Then I called back in April they transferred me 4 times, them this gentleman said someone will call you back. It's now June 2022 No one called back. I am looking at the camera the truck pulls up to the neighbors house the technician goes in for 5_10 minutes then leaves. However, the are deducting $98 every month. March, April, May paid approximately $450 alredy. I went to the bank on 6/11/2022 to stop the deductions. Consequently, today 6/16/2022 they tried pulling funds from my account again, surprised it didn't work. They called me and left a message. So I called back they stated that they were working on closing my account. She said that they came out in April which is a lie, all I see is the technician pulling up to the neighbors house goes inside then leaves. They agreed to knock on the door every time they came to the house and no one has ever knocked on the door since after the 1st setvice. The account specialist apparently came back and said she couldn't close the account and it's a $690 cancellation fee because I only had 3 days after signing the contract to cancel which is not legal. Haha ok am not Bobo the the fool. I have been calling for months no one ever called back, now they can't pull my funds they magically find my number. Yes, The funds that were deducted they can have it I just want the account close wost business practices ever very unethical, please review the better business bureau, yelp and Google before falling for the scam practices of HAWX PEST CONTROL.

The service was good. They do a great job, they were friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.

They were very good and they were very helpful.

Nearly 6 months since we started using their service to get rid of a rat problem, but the problem persists. Their solution is to just place normal traps that you can buy at the dollar store and then charge you $100. I wouldn't use them again, but they conned us into a one year contract, so here we are.

They provided an estimate. They were aggressive with calling me every half hour until I picked up.
