I the owner Ron Sanders started Cool Guys ac Repair after years of service managing for years in the dfw area.I really saw the problems with the extreamly high price markups. i saw a oppurtunity to use smart devices, cut back overhead, install everything and run all calls. this is the way i can gaureentee each customer they are getting the best master license tech in the city verse a tech working under a master lic who has not completed all the proper training. i feel this is why the service industry has a trust issue. i vow to all my customers the will get treated with the service and expertise the deserve.I will grow not in trucks and techs but in customers.My helpers as well are longterm employees, i do not beleive in subs, I install and repair all procedures with my helpers. I aim to put that beleif back into the service industry
"Highly recommend these guys - they were able to replace the evaporator coil, which had a significant leak and (due to some duct work modifications) wasn't easy to access. They worked diligently, and completed the job ahead of the committed timeframe. Pricing was very reasonable. Good guys, too! Will definitely use them again - it's nice to find someone with a "can do" attitude who does quality work at a very fair price."

This experience taught me a lot about what to do and what not to do as a business owner. Most companies lack good customer service and quality control. I make it a point to inform my customers on all the options available to them and listen to any concerns or issues they are having. today we proudly service more than twenty states in the United States, If you chose to use my services I will arrive with my crew to introduce them and go over exactly what they'll be doing. This ensures a quality job and no forgotten details.
"Very misleading company. I was upsold a deep cleaning. Which in turn is the exact same thing except the wording. Just a regular old cleaning. Thought I was getting something special. I got suckered. They used kilz oil base spray paint on the inside of the ducts. It will basically work. What won't work is getting it off the shelving and icemaker I just bought and they didn't cover. Just thought I was getting something different from what they actually did. That's what I was led to believe. Their website Said one thing and they said another. So they simply lied. I paid them but Will never use such a dishonest company again."
