The initial problem of the air conditioner was fixed but Flewellen convinced us that most of the townhouse had needed work such as new walls and floors due to water leakage. He endeared himself to us by frequently citing God and karma knowing that we are out of state property owners. I work 10-14 hour days leaving my wife to handle the bills and care for our newborn daughter. Being that I spend so much time in the office and travel for my job it was not possible to find time to travel to Texas to look at our house. He encouraged us to hire him to manage our property where he wound find a tenant in addition to the repair work. As far as the other repairs the quoted price was very reasonable as he referred to his belief in karma and God and in doing right by other people. The tenant he found never paid us for utilities and was late with the rent. When we asked the tenant to leave we discovered that none of what we paid Andre to do in repairing the walls, painting etc was not fixed as he assured us it had been. Andre informed us all along that he was hiring a member of his company to rent the unit but we had no knowledge that he was using our townhouse as a repair shop before the tenant even moved in! He has not returned our calls in months. To date he owes us for the work we paid him he but that he never intended on finishing apparently. He also owes us for the months the property was without a tenant and a refund for the property manager services. He never intended to manage the property but convert the property to a shop for his own needs and perhaps undermine and further devalue the house so he could purchase on his own as he asked us if we were interested in selling several times. If you encounter this con artist don't walk away. Run away!!!

We hired Andre to fixed the old AC. He said it wasn?t working then he installed a new AC unit. We also wanted him to repair a wall which he never did. He also did not repair the electrical box. Andre also offered to do property management for us and find a tenant for our property. We found out that he rented it to an employee who did not pay rent or utilities. We also found that Andre was using my house as a repair shop. He never painted the house or did repairs, he damaged the property, he did refinish part of a floor and made us think that it was done by emailing us a picture of the finished part. He also gave many excuses mainly stating that he has been sick. I?ve tried calling for six months and he will not return my calls. It is my strong recommendation to NOT Hire Andre for any work.

I really appreciated the finishing quality, the pace at which the project moved and the PRICE, especially! The main supervisor is direct with project timelines and cost from the beginning, and I liked how receipts were provided, and in a timely manner, at that. Now that I've used these guys several times before, I'm convinced they can handle any project. My only wish is that they had a bigger crew, but I guess for my size of project it was decent!
