David was punctual, friendly, and very professional. We had originally signed up for a Big Deal (window exteriors only), but he was able to add screen cleaning and still finish the job quickly and efficiently. The windows sparkle, the screens gleam, and all the tracks are clear. That's Really Clean has a happy customer who will be using them again.

David came out and provided me a quote. He was able to fit me in his schedule within a week. He was prompt, courteous, and very thorough with his work and his follow up. He was truly a pleasure to hire and I will definitely hire him again for future projects.

Overall this company handled the job exceptionally well. They were on time, professional and very efficient. Our windows have never looked cleaner as well as our solar screens. They were much easier to deal with than a large company and we felt like a special customer to them. We will definitely use them again.

A recently purchased house needed window cleaning. They came to the house to look it over, and promptly provided a online itemized estimate (e.g. "exterior windows", "interior window", "window tracks", "clean screens", "apply screen polish"), which was very helpful. Additionally, the email with the link to the estimate commented on the fact that the exterior walls, driveway, and patio, looked like they could use a pressure washing. This pressure washing recommendation was not at all pushy, and was, in fact, true. The itemized estimate provided a quote for this also. It was decided to do everything on the estimate, and they worked out a date to come that was optimal, meaning not rainy, as the first date agreed upon happened to be; they happily switched the dates without any hesitation. While they were working, it was asked if they could clean the wood playscape. They said they most likely could with a lower pressure nozzle, and they would even use bleach to sanitize it. They performed this extra work for a nominal charge. After the work was complete, the windows, tracks, screen, house, playscape, driveway and patio looked fantastic. The job took longer than anticipated, but they kept at with a positive attitude until the work was complete. This level of service is hard to come by these days. They actually seemed happy to work, and were more than accommodating with whatever was asked of them, which is why I am now a repeat customer.
