Description of Work: Two guys moved a one bedroom apartment to a new apartment a few miles away. In the process they dropped a 52 inch flat screen TV and hid the fact by not setting it up and removing the wrapping. After they left and we removed the wrapping we saw the damage - the entire screen was shattered. We called them several times and got several different "procedures" to follow since they claimed to be insured. They changed their number, didn't answer, changed the name of the company back and forth. The result - no recourse no refund no reimbursement.
