"Beware! I hired them to install a 30amp outlet for a camper, upon inspection it did not pass and WAS NOT SAFE. The wrong amp size wires were used and the wires under the plastic was exposed and almost touching which could have been potentially very dangerous. The company admitted fault upon contact that the technician needed and would get additional training. They would not partially refund at all for their improper work, even though they have a warranty they boast about and a slogan that says if your not thrilled you’re not billed and sundays are for God. Very disappointed, if I had to do over again I would have chosen Atomic Electrical who fixed their faulty and dangerous work."

"The repair person called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly after the phone call. On his arrival, I explained the problem and also told him that another company had attempted to fix the gas logs but said the unit needed to be replaced. It is emtombed in brick. He thoroughly examined the gas logs and determined it was $41 part that needed to be replaced. His honest evaluation and repair was awesome! I cannot thank him enough. It is worth having a second opinion if the first recommendation involves thousands of dollars."

"I have an outside heat and air unit, that i actually bought from Master-Tech with a 10 year parts and service from Amana. Unit stopped working 2-2-21, called Master-Tech (wouldn't even return my call). I called Baileys, who had someone here at 8 am 2-4-21, fixed all problems (and there were several). The honored Amana warranty, did a fine job and have my unit working better than brand new! Will not consider anyone else in the future. I wish I had done business with Bailey's from the get go. "Our house is so hot two of our pets passed away this week. Russell and Abbott have promised to call us for the last 2 days but have not. I have called them twice today and was promised the issue would be escalated to management the first time before noon. I called them again at 5 and was told the person who should call me is out of the office. I informed both people I talked to that animals were dying, the pets in the house are temperature sensitive. It does not seem to matter to this company. This issue is not recent. The air-conditioning went out last Sunday August 18th. We have been patient and repeatedly explained that we have animals that need air-conditioning. We have paid for warranties and regularly schedule the unit for service checkups. We are good customers who are worried about the care of our pets who have not been rude or asked for anything other than the problem being fixed. If you have small children or pets you care about do not use this company they will not even talk to you to help you feel like you matter to them."
