Excellent communication in the process of seeking quotes, on-site discussion about options, scheduling of install (next day), install of new American Standard unit, and follow-up since. Would definitely hire again. Rare to find a company that is truly good at each step along the way of major purchases. Excellent warranties provided, thoughtful follow-up via phone and mail in the month since installation, and truly good people involved throughout. Highly recommend for others to check them out.

On 1/22/2013 Tony Hall from Covenant Heating and Cooling came to my home to check out my heating unit. Tony arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment and displayed and clean and neat, professional appearance. When he came into my home, he put booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track in dirt. When he went to the HVAC unit, he found my problem in about 5 minutes. Tony said that he would have to order the part. On 1/23/2013 Covenant called and said that the part was in and I scheduled and appointment for 1/24/2013. On 1/24/2013, Tony was again early for his appointment and had my HVAC repaired in about 15 minutes. I was very impressed with this company and Tony Hall.
