I was reluctant to do any additional work on my house because of previous experience but this time with Will and Providence it was an absolute pleasure and I would 100% call him first before any home project I may have. The crew was on time, punctual, respectful and did exactly what he said they were going to do. My storm shelter was installed in one day and this included taking down and putting back up my fence! "I was very unhappy with this company. All I wanted was to have my driveway paved. They laid down so much asphalt you actually have to step down off the driveway. My chain link fence only opens in as the asphalt is so high I can't open the gate out. The only person who answers the phone is a guy named Louie. No matter when you call he's the only one who answers. He makes you think he's giving you a big deal when actually he's over charging and then does a bad job."

"There were a of communication (or lack of on the part of the company) and scheduling issues. When the workers arrived they finished the project, but told me they didn’t have a truck to haul away the rubble. I was too tired to argue, so it was left for me to shovel and rake. Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."

I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
