They came on time, when they said they would, explained everything to us as far as what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They said if I had any questions after they had gone I could call them because I always had their number.

David Butler came out and he was awesome. He was honest that his company couldn't do what I thought needed done. Instead he told me how I could do some of it myself, or contact other kinds of contractors. This was a great experience. Also, he was able to make the time flexible. 5 stars!

Mike Pierce was great to work with! He let me know each step what was going on. I had to have additional work or things were not going to happen but he explained why and what I needed and what would happen if I did not do it that way. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone considering or needing foundation work! Two guys were helping him, Lu and Austin, and they were great, they were professional and hard working. Every time I had to deal with them they were polite and a joy to deal with. These three gentlemen are giving the company a good name!

Frontier honored its warranty for stabilizing my driveway concrete after it continued to sink 1 year after they were hired to stabilize. They sent out Jovon to complete the warranty work. Jovon was exceptional in his workmanship and professionalism. He looked at the prior work and walked through his solution for correcting the issue. He was actually able to correct the problem ( lift concrete ) better than the original tech did. Frontier is lucky to have Jovon on staff. And they are definitely trustworthy to honor their warranty.

Frontier Basement Systems (Joelton, TN) was really fantastic to work with! The job had to be rescheduled multiple times due to my concern about the excessive rain causing the ingress/egress area in my yard to be too soft for the weight of the work truck, but Logan in the Production Dept. was extremely accommodating. Eric F. arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. He was thorough, making sure he had all the voids filled, and cleaned up well when the job was completed. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Frontier Basement Systems!

I live on a hill in the Goodlettesville/Joelton area and my concrete driveway had started to inch down the hill due to erosion underneath. It was not being supported properly and would only get worse. The previous owner replaced the driveway before I bought the house 5 years ago so I didn't think I would have any issues with it. Nightmare situation for any homeowner and I knew I needed to act quick. I spoke with several companies who said they could fix it and even got several estimates for the cost of repair. None of them felt quite right. Then I had someone mention Frontier Basement Systems and I did a little research on them and decided to give them a try. They were able to not only quote me a competitive price, but also came with the knowledge and quality customer service as well. Eric Furman and Anthony come out and used the polylevel product to stabilize my driveway for years to come. From the first call all the way through to the finished job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Most companies have at least one weak link in the chain, but not FBS. They know how to treat their customers with respect and get the job done right. I will be recommending Frontier Basement Systems to everyone I know that needs work done. The peace of mind I have from knowing this is one problem I wont have to deal with again is worth every penny. Thank you again Eric!

I highly recommend this company. The people were very professional, good communication, they let me know when they are going to come and completed the job within the time frame .

They did not get the concrete level. The sales guy said it should be no problem to get that leveled. It still looks the same as it did before they did the work. The only thing that helped was they filled the cracks.

Everyone was so great to work with. Robert was honest and very knowledgeable in the quoting process. I had an issue with water in my basement that prevented the pump from being installed while Nashville had record rainfall, but Fernando was very nice and patient to help make sure my basement and yard did not flood while Nashville dried up.

Humidifier check, filter replacement and sump pump inspection. Logan was very professional and on-time! Logan explained everything in advance, answered all my concerns and performed a comprehensive inspection. Logan took his time to perform a quality inspection and even mopped the flooring on his hands and knees. A True professional. I was disappointed that the years of maintenance I prepaid for did not include the cost of the humidifier filter replacement. Also, received a quote to insulate around the perimeter of the inside of the crawlspace and was surprised of the high cost for the material and installation.

Frontier sells the top-end of the solutions for sealing a crawl space, which is a good idea in the humid Middle Tennessee climate. I was replacing the HVAC ducting and thought it was a good time to resolve the remaining water issues. Frontier had a person onsite within a few days (and the quick response was to accommodate my schedule) who did an extremely thorough inspection and detailed estimate. The person was also a long-time house inspector and I've rarely had the opportunity to work with someone as knowledgeable as he was - and the proposal reflected this. Unfortunately I was not able to go forward with the work at that time and am adopting 'watchful waiting' over the next couple of years until the current tenant's run is over. However when the time is right I will return to Frontier for a proposal update and hopefully to complete the work.

Great. Logan did a very good job and was very professional

The worst business experience I have ever experienced. They originally quoted us less than $12,000. They seemed to be the best deal based on price. The other two companies gave us quotes of $12,500 and $15,000. So we made the mistake of hiring Frontier Basement Systems. After they arrived and tore down our drywall, they then told us it would cost an additional $8,000 to do the entire job. This is not what the contract said. It said there may be an additional cost, but NO ONE thinks additional cost means $8,000 more for a job that was originally supposed to be $12,000. There should be legal consequences for something like this.

Logan examined the encapsulation and answered my questions about some water stains. He suggested a couple of things we could do that would improve things which we are still considering. The quotes he gave us for those suggestions seemed a bit higher than what we were expecting. The service call was no charge.

Doug did a fantastic job and performed this job as expected. He took his time explaining the job to me and was done on time.

It took 7 weeks from the time they said would show to do the work until they actually came. The workers did an excellent job but management is very poor. They wouldn't return calls and when I finally talked to someone, they gave excuses. Their accounting department is good because they bill you as soon as they leave!
