"Initial quote on 6/29/22 to install 2 vents and ductwork to my sunroom. Original install date was 7/6 but was told they overbooked. Rescheduled for today, Fri 7/8. Crew showed up this morning, one guy with lit cigarette come to my door smoking the whole time even while I was near them to show the sunroom area. Then wood and lattice work being pried up breaking off in pieces. I suggested sawing but they wouldn't. Was told everything would be taken off and put back on the way it was when technician came out to give quote. Quote price was for complete install/labor. Called owner. Owner came out and said he's not responsible if wood and lattice gets destroyed. The most concerning thing was what he said after I told him about the guy smoking of which I am allergic to. Owner of this business asked me "Was no smoking written in the contract?" Are you kidding me? This is supposed to be a professional 5 star rated company highly recommended! He then pulled his crew and left with my board cracked and the guy made sure he threw his cigarette butt by my mailbox for spite before they left. There can't be any way they have 5 stars with this kind of service without having bad reviews removed some how.. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone for lack of professionalism from the owner and his crew. I also have this on my Ring cameras for proof. Horrible experience!"
