Called for a non-working stove. They were able to come out same day. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I would definitely call them for any future problems and recommend them.

Call custom fireplaces , Larry is the man who can light what gas department can not. Larry came to my house and in a very short time had my furnace working , he checked it for any leaks and it is working like a dream. I bought the gas furnace from custom fireplace in 2015 and am a very satisfied customer. If you need heat this is a company to depend on!!

I made an appointment with Custom Fireplaces &More, and two men who came to inspect my fireplace Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017 for which I paid $125. They seemed knowledgeable enough. I called back Friday of that week and the man who answered was unhelpful and seemed to imply I was out of line to expect anything to have happened by this point. He told me that I would be called. I called back two weeks later and the same guy answered. Again, unhelpful, said he "couldn't get Bob to slow down and tell him what was happening." He again said I should wait to be called. Four weeks after their initial visit, I called back and got someone different on the phone and demanded to know what was happening. He told me that my service order had completely fallen through the cracks. If I had not called back this third time, they would never have contacted me. Bob came out that day, inspected my fireplace again for some reason. I'm not sure why, as the initial inspectors were thorough with their list of repairs. Bob wanted to take the door of my fireplace to repair it, but I told him I frankly needed to see proof he intended to the whole job first. He said he would order parts. He never called me. I went to their store a week later, having still received no word, and told them I was either going to get a refund or go straight to the BBB. Bob said no, that the work "had been done." Sure, an inspection occurred. The picture is of my fireplace after the inspection. My fireplace was in one piece before that $125 inspection. Now it's in pieces and I DO NOT TRUST this company to do the work. I will find another company to do this job.

Fran and bob and their team (from front desk to the installers coming through your door) are amazing! They definitely have the souls of teachers and work above and beyond (late and early!) to make sure that every customer not only has the perfect stove, but knows how to use it. They worked with my weird house and endless questions with patience, humor, and kindness and made what could have been a nerve wracking experience into a fun and happy one. I would highly recommend anyone go to them if you want not just a wood stove, but friends that will have your back (and keep it warm) for a lifetime.

I contacted Fran at Custom Fireplace and More and explained to her what I needed and instantly knew she knew everything about heating a home. I then drive the hour and a half drive and found the perfect stove at a good price. I had this stove put into a custom built home and she went out of her way to make sure to answer and questions my installer had. She made herself available for questions by phone and email and was very quick to respond. The customer service was exceptional, she even offered to come to Murfreesboro to help me if the stove wasn't working properly! I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge Custom Fireplace and More has to offer. I will refer anyone to this business.

They did very good job. Removed years of ash and soot from fireplace with supper shop vacuum . Left area around clean. The company is friendly and gives estimates that are very helpful.
