"Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

I have worked in concrete for TRU FORM based out of rapid city for 5+ years until I recently moved to the Spearfish area with my wife and children in June of 2023- I am an automotive technician for Walmart by day-I am looking forward to seeing my business grow here as well as in the surrounding counties! My business address is still based out of Rapid City - but I would like to keep my job locations out of BUTTE,LAWRENCE, and MEADE county. I also work with my father -in-law during the summer season for MIDWEST FENCE- I am willing to take on smaller jobs in fencing also and incorporate that into my small business- but concrete is where I excel! I’m on time and honest and am fully licensed as a small business owner-I have had a few jobs since starting my small business but want to excel and grow for my community members and of course for my growing family!
