Great very professional

I did not proceed with the project, but Concept Development was very attentive to my inquiries about the potential project. They were exceptionally friendly and willing to help get it started.

He remodeled our bathroom without a plumbing or electrical permit . The work was not done by a licensed plumber or electrician( which he advertises that he has on staff) and the entire bathroom is not to code.. There are multiple code violations and the work has to be completely redone. Bernie refuses to acknowledge that he did anything wrong even though he was sited for these violations from the state plumbing inspector. He states that we got a smokin deal for 15000.00 and if we wanted it done correctly it would have cost us more money. Beware of Angi's list because this is where we found this contractor. After the fact I discovered that this is his MO. He has over 30 small claims against him and several write ups in the Rapid City Journal for taking peoples money and not doing the job that was promised!! He has over 30 small claims judgements against him in the Rapid City area. He has had to change business names a few times to keep his scam alive. Buyer beware!

I’m in the process of trying to get a portable restroom installed at my summer cabin. Bernie was extremely helpful with answering all my questions and responded in a very timely manner. I will use this contractor for my project once I have the electric work finished.

It went very well! Chuck was an absolute gem, was thorough, kind, and did an amazing job with the work he does. He doesn't leave any detail untouched and is willing to go above and beyond for the customer! Our tub ended up leaking and he came back, fixed the issue above what we asked, replaced the ceiling tile in the floor below where water had damaged it free of cost(even though it wasn't his fault it leaked), and always made sure we liked the final outcome on whatever he had built that day. I felt a man who truly CARES about his job and work place which is hard to come by now days! Definitely would hire again! 💞

Bernie contacted us immediately and came and gave us a quote. He also shared some ideas we had not thought of. Unfortunately we weren’t able to do the project at this time.

I got a very prompt response when scheduling an appointment. The initial meeting went very well. I got an estimate for the work I wanted done, and they are definitely in the running to do the work. No decision has been made yet, however.

Bernie from Concept Development is absolutely the best! He fixed the valve for my master bathroom shower expediently, professionally, and UNDER BUDGET! Than you Bernie! You are the greatest!

I contacted them for a project we are looking into to do down the line and Concept Development was very responsive and came right away to give us a quote in which they proved within a coupe of days. The Quote was also very reasonable!

I did not actually move forward with the project; however, Bernie was excellent and when I do move forward with this or any other project I will call them first.
