"What a bunch of thieves dressed like plumbers. My sister needed a new flapper installed and they ended up replacing everything in the toilet that wasn't porcelain, even the supply line. Her toilet weas running intermittently, so why in the **** would you replace the supply line. On top of replacing a bunch of parts that didn't need to be replaced, they charged her $265/hr. Her bill ended up being over $300 when the only thing that needed to be done was replace a flapper."
