What a bunch of thieves dressed like plumbers. My sister needed a new flapper installed and they ended up replacing everything in the toilet that wasn't porcelain, even the supply line. Her toilet weas running intermittently, so why in the **** would you replace the supply line. On top of replacing a bunch of parts that didn't need to be replaced, they charged her $265/hr. Her bill ended up being over $300 when the only thing that needed to be done was replace a flapper.

It was great that's why I always call them, they were very respectful, a very nice people to have in your home.They did a good job, I trust them. They also replace our furnace in the past.

They came in, found the cause, repaired the leaking area, and at my request, also installed a different drain plug. They also checked both tub drain and shower head to be sure there were no other areas leaking. I called the company and spoke to service department who said they happened to have a plumber who would be available later that morning. Two hours later, they were at my home. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly people. They were in and out of here within an hour or so. Very pleased.

Our water heater quit and they came out to repair it the same day. It quit again within a day and had to be replaced. They came right away and replaced the entire water heater and tore up the bill from the previous visit.

I can only say good things about Frisbee. They came out here and the warranty was going to expire within days. I got lucky because they replaced the entire furnace for me. I didn't have any problems and the guy was super nice. They get my business from here on out.

We just moved into our home and discovered a water leak under the kitchen sink which I could not find. Called Frisbee and they were out within three hours. The plumber found the leak, a crack in the garbage disposal, install new disposal, leak check it pipes and were finished in 45 minutes. Very professional, timely, and thorough. Will definitely use them again for all our needs that they do.

I had good experience with them. It was very good. They were very professional. They got the job done. They did the tuneup of our furnace and got it running more efficiently. They were prompt and they knew what they were doing.

Someone from a Sioux Falls Handyman business, NOT FRISBEES, called me at work to go over what was needed again. Once I helped him understand the difference between the right side and left side of house he found the faucet and confirmed that it just needed a handle. I did not hear anything more until November when Frisbees called me to get payment for $135. Handles cost $6, but I was not able to do it myself as I was out of state. This is a ridiculous charge but even more upsetting is that Fribees did not even do the repair. They had a local fix it man put on the handle and then marked up his price. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Professional, courteous and punctual, but a bit expensive and have to wait longer for service compaired to competitors.

They are very responsible and they are really up to code.

I use them all the time. Frisbees is good. They are fine. I call them. They seem fairly expensive but they're good and reliable. I would use them in the future.

My experience was very good. They are a very good company. I recommend them; they are first class. They are prompt, efficient, professional and I trust them going into my house without me there. It is a good all-around company.

We moved into our house and the Furnace was running off and on constantly. Suspected it was the Fan Motor since I had seen this in a previous house. I called on Sunday, and they were willing to come out that day, but I wasn't willing to pay the Off-Hours rate (was 1.5x normal rate). We had a fireplace, so it wasn't worth it to me at the time. They came Monday late morning to replace the motor. When he was testing the replacement, he did something wrong and burnt out the circuit board. Since he admitted he made the error, he replaced the circuit board as well for no cost (which is only right). He also inspected and showed us how to replace the filter, since we hadn't had any experience with it yet. Very courteous.

They were there on time and took care of the issue as requested. Cost a little more than I had hoped but otherwise was fine.

I was out of town and the furnace went out. Because I had used Frisbee's before, I had my dog sitter call them and they came out and fixed it that day.

They did a good job.The first time the plumber came he was ver punctual. At both service calls he was gracious and professional. There was a scheduling issue on the second time I needed a plumber. They were to be at my home between 9and 11. At noon I called back and the office had evidently double booked the plumber. The plumber did come later that day but my day off was shot. I don't remember the dates the plumber came.

They just checked the furnace to make sure it was ok for the up coming winter. I don't remember the exact date, but within the last couple of years. We will probably have them check the furnace again this fall.

System installation went smoothly; fast, courteous, professional. Cleanup was excellent. Will use Frisbees again. My expectations were exceeded.

Technician performed the required services. The only problem was they didn't send the bill to a different address as I requested.

They did a good job. We had a couple problems at first because they broke the tub but they ended up getting a new one a couple days later. It works very well. Dave Z from Frisbee's called to follow up on the job. I told him I didn't think the job was complete. They sent a finisher guy out to replace molding and caulk tub. What a beautiful job he did. Will have to try Frisbee's for my next project. Thank you, Dave Z!

Very professional plumber who was very personable and helpful.

Very well. Frisbee technicians show up on time or early, if possible. They call ahead to tell you when they will be there. They are knowledgeable and focused on getting it right the first time. They wear those "booties" in the house to do the work and they clean up well. I have faith in Frisbee service personnel. I've used them for ALL of my service needs in three different homes for over 25 years. They are personable and just good people with a can-do attitude. My next door neighbor was so impressed with my rave reviews that he now calls Frisbees for all of his service needs. He is equally delighted. I truly don't use any other company because of the comfort level I have. Frisbees is great. Do have Frisbees get it right. Don't worry or fret.

They didn't replace anything that didn't need to be.

I came home from working a night shift to find that my furnace was not running and temperature in house was already down to 61 degrees. Called @ 9am to have someone come for service ASAP and had response within 1 hour. Ignitor was replaced and have not had any further problems. I would have rated everything 'A' but he did add a little bit longer to time present on site (which I assume added to labor cost), but overall the price was still very reasonable given the circumstances.
