"First, Frisbees does not subcontract service calls of this nature to other companies. That being said, we have 25 years of recorded service history on our computer database. We cross referenced with customer name, service address, phone number and email. We also pulled debit card charges coinciding with the alleged payment amount and date range. We believe this customer has us confused with another company. If [member name removed] can provide a receipt that he paid Frisbees Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical $135, we will refund him 100%."
"Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication internally that led to our customer not being contacted when they were in need a free estimate due to a failing unit. Once the customer brought the issues to our attention, we admitted our fault and apologized for the mistake in person. We did issue a credit to the customer for the original service call due to our error. (Date of service call 11-11-13)"
