Milliron Granite & Quartz

Description of Work: We remodeled our kitchen and mushroom/laundry room this summer and I was looking for granite countertops. I visited several different stores & got several quotes. I chose Milliron Granite & Quartz. They were initially referred to me from a friend so I thought it wouldn't hurt to get one more estimate. And I'm glad we did. They were so professional and accommodating. They were also very patient since the timing for installation was delayed due to other contractors' delays. They recommended an under -mount sink- I wasn't initially thrilled with the idea but since they had more experience with countertops I took their advice and we are so pleased. They were prompt and professional with their installation. And they came back not once but twice for separate "problems" that I thought were defects but they both turned out to be little things- a small smudge of adhesive that wasn't noticed before Then when our faucets were installed it became clear that one of the faucets needed a larger hole drilled. I called them, told them the plumber was here and they happened to have time to come right over. That saved us from having to pay for the plumber to come back for a second call. It only took him a matter of seconds to make the hole 1/4 inch larger but more importantly it was the awesome customer service. I can't say enough about their personal attention to detail and customer service! We didn't feel like we were "just another job" but were treated as if we were their only customer- prompt attention every time we called!
