"Hired Robert to repair deck destroyed in Hurricane Helene. Gave him a deposit of $5000 based on referral from Angi. Found out he does NOT have any licenses so we requested a refund. No work has been done, and no materials purchased. He said that the money was used over Christmas, and asked us to give him time to try and get licensed to do our work. We declined. He has not responded to many requests for a refund other than to say he no longer has the $5000. BBB rates him F, and we have since uncovered multiple situations similar to ours."

I cannot say enough good about this company and the management They gave us a fair price and stuck to the price even though lumber went up drastically the week we started the project. They either answered the phone or responded to text promptly and happily--every time! -- that in itself is a great reason to hire this company. Their contractors arrived as they should and did not leave a mess. They were all very pleasant to work with and did not complain about small changes or challenges. I worked in construction for 15 years. These guys did exceptional work and stayed on schedule all the while keeping on budget.
