"My elderly mother used them for a long time without any problems until recently. They were an older couple and no one lived upstairs until my father (her husband) passed away and my family moved in upstairs. First off, my mom and I always felt uncomfortable with Chris in the house. He did not know anyone was living upstairs and when I called Chris to ask if they sprayed upstairs he said yes mam in all the bathrooms and bedrooms. Yet, several people were upstairs in their rooms and no one ever went up to spray. Complete lie. So for all those years before when no one was up there that they had been paying for upstairs it was probably never done. Also I told them they needed to make an appointment before they come now and they don't. Now today the doorbell rang I went to get dressed and was on the phone with my AT&T guy who was working outside and we both saw him immediately get back in his car but left a note saying he completed exterior pest service and swept down all reachable spider webs and/ or wasps nests. Signed Dan. Another complete lie. Both of these guys lie about the services they "complete" and charge you when they have done absolutely nothing! It's disgusting and they are probably doing this to several other people as well. When I called to cancel my service Chris called me a liar and said he feels "sorry for mother and my deceased father for having a daughter like me". Called me a bad person and so much more. When I caught them in a lie Chris got that nasty and into my personal business like me losing my father!!! Unbelievable. This is the owner of the business and how he speaks to a long time customer. After that phone call I'm a little afraid of what might happen with him knowing where we live but I wanted to write this to let other people know what kind of business and people are running this business and who you are letting into your home to maybe save someone else from this. I suggest you choose a different trustworthy company for your home!"

Finally I thought, well maybe a company could do better than me (I had minor bugs mostly from windows and doors I leave open). After the first treatment with Cypress, I saw small bugs more frequently. After the second, I’ve had large palmetto bugs (aka roaches)drop in front of me. I’ve seen them dead in the morning, good, but these an alive and well. I thought it might just be bugs from treatment the first time. Now I am thinking they spray nothing but water. My house is clean and neat, I also have a cleaning crew twice a month. So I’d consider using a more reputable and professional company before using this company. This is horrible and not any business I want to be associated with."
