Evergreen Lawncare Svc

The technician would spray our lawn and leave an invoice in the door. When we reached out to them, they would tell us our grass issues were due to no irrigation system or our dogs, etc. I asked for the technician to ring the doorbell during visits because I work from home. I wanted to walk the lawn with him. He never would let me know when he was at our residence. This year, we were told that we had grubs which was an "above and beyond" charge of $75. We finally cancelled our contract. We have a new company who communicates with us and we're finally seeing results after just one month.

Overall the service was prompt and fairly effective. My major complaint had to do with lack of attention to emerging problems with lawn such as disease and infestation. Technician would either not see the problem or ignore it. Seems likemajor focus was on getting chemicals down and getting out of there. This has been an on going problem with every provider of this nature that we have ever used. Now with a smaller lawn, I am doing the treatment myself.

I have used this company for over ten years. My grass is the greenest, plushest in my neighborhood. They treat 4 times a year. They always phone me a few days in advance to let me know when they are coming. I started using them because I had ant beds, weeds and grubs all over my yard. Within a season I had no signs of insects and my grass was beautiful . It has remained that way and I never have to fertilize or pull up a stray dandelion. Last year my brother was complaining about the weeds taking over his yard and I recommended Evergreen. He is using them now and his yard is shaping up nicely. Good work! Highly recommend!!

They are a good company in that they call before they even come out. They always leave a door hanger telling me what they did.

I thought they did a good job. They told me exactly what they were going to do. They did soil repair because my lawn was in such bad shape. I would highly recommend them. My grass is already starting to look better. They still have another application of lime to put down this fall. They did exactly what they said they would do. I thought their price was fairly reasonable. I have no complaints.

It took three call sot get them out to the house. When they arrived we discussed what they needed to do and I told them to start right away. They never called back and never showed up. These people are idiots, I would not use them to clean my cat box

Dave arrived within an hour of my call - I was not expecting such quick service - and had the right stuff to put an end to the yellow jackets quickly. We're not to go out there for 24 hours but then it should be fine.
